I received a completely wrong item
I received a completely wrong item — a completely different color from what I ordered.
After contacting customer service, the company refused to issue a full refund and repeatedly tried to push partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%) instead. They also incorrectly claimed that return shipping costs were my responsibility, despite the fact that the item was non-conforming and sent in error.
Under consumer law, when a seller sends the wrong or non-conforming product, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund and a prepaid return label. Despite multiple messages, the company refused to comply and failed to provide a return label.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am now forced to pursue the matter through my bank and consumer authorities.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
