I didn’t know what to expect about Outlet Inn, but it was sent very swiftly and it actually arrived sooner than I had expected.

Item availability, communication, item price, ensuring real time and accurate tracking, speed of processing across EU / UK border - all excellent.

I ordered New Balance Runners 22/9 & was told would have them 27/28 September.
According to tracking my runners arrived Holland 24/9.
From 1/10 I was on continuously to them by mail & kept getting run around.
After about 10 attempts they said they would investigate, saying it could take 10-15 working days to finalise.
I received my refund 1/11.
I have since purchased the same product from Keller Sports 28/10 & received them today 2/11 & around €9 cheaper.

Order placed February the 1st 2022. Until today March the 17th 2022 no product received, no money refunded. At first they didn't have the product in their warehouse and they expected it to be delivered. Now it seems stuck somewhere in Austria for 2-3 weeks. FAIL!

Read loads of negative reviews for this site, still took a shot... Everything was excatly as site says, from delivery to quality of a product. Well worthy. Favorite one from now

Scam artists. They take ages to process your order and Expect 3-4 weeks for delivery within Europe!!
Also, I am not sure their products are genuine so buy from a better company even if costs more as will save all the stress and hassle!!

i ordered two pair of shoes and box of boxers,they said it would be in 7 days delivered,7days pass and no deliver,check their page and they said in other 7days...after that passed,no delivery,contacted their support and they offered apologies,but they move delivery another 15days...again,no delivery and after contacting support,they simple said i can cancel order...POINT is that they had 2 out of 3 items and i asked them to deliver two and third when is available and they refused...also,they keep moving the delivery date on and on,they had one shoes and boxers and waiting for second shoes that should be delivered 12.12...now i check and now again both shoes arent there and waiting again...i never encountered such unprofessionalizam and disrespect from anybody...now after a month and 20days,still not even ready to deliver,now its christmas...NEEDLES TO SAY THAT I WOULD NEVER EVER AGAIN ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM,NOT EVEN WHEN THEY WOULD GIVE IT FOR FREE...first,ALL ITEMS I ORDERED WERE IN STOCK WHEN I MADE ORDER...second,if there was any error,they should notify me and ask for options,THEY NEVER DID THAT...third,when its YOUR FAULT,you should be the one searching for solution,they never ever contacted me what so ever...fourth,they keep moving delivery date on their own,is anybody here who can belive that you sold something and in a month and 20days you cant get what you sold to a customer?not to mention again,THEY HAD IN STOCK the shoes and boxers,now apperently those shoes are also OUT OF STOCK AGAIN...so,they had them,but refused to deliver them and keep prolonging the delivery for no reason...trutfully,if you are lucky and order something,you can get that in like 7days...if you are unlucky like me,you wouldnt get delivered even after two months and they dont see an big issue at this obv as nobody ever contacted me and offer any solution beside cold answer:you can cancel the order...and that only when i contacted them...when they asked for money,i paid straight up...when they need to deliver,they dont care...so far,those shoes could land sooner from mars then from their store...VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND BAD COMPANY,everybody has a choice,mine is ofc that i will never ever again order anything from them and soon as this saga is over,i am deliting my account for ever...

THEY NEVER contacted me until now,just to inform me that one shoes are not available any more....
that shoes was IN STOCK 20days ago,they were selling it online and they made me wait two months and just to be told they will not get me what I PAID FOR...
other shoes were to arrive on 10.12 and ofc they didnt,so they said first 24.12,then 29.12 and now its 31.12...
they DELIBERATELY postponed the delivery with intention to NEVER DELIVER AT ALL,even when i bought those,they all were IN STOCK...
somehow,this firm sold me items and never planned ever to deliver those items,so buyers,BE AWARE,this can happen to you as well...
they had 2 of 3 items and by their rules,they are obligated to send those two and reimburse the third item,THAT NEVER HAPPEN,those people never ever contacted me whatsoever...
this reply from them is just for statistics,so they can say,we tried to help,THATS FAR FROM TRUTH...
they never contacted me,i always was first to contact them and only to hear,you can cancel order or you can wait...
i waited and waited for two months and now you dont deliver..?i was stupid to NOT CANCEL first moment when i see they arent delivering and choose another store and buy from other store..
mistake i will not make again,this scamming cheating firm is horrible and you cant simply strust them...
their word is worth nothing...
this isnt me trying to setlle any dispute here,its just the way to show people what is this firm actually...
i was stupid enough to give them my money and trust for two months,a mistake that shouldnt happen...

just wanted to add that this firm stated to me that timberland solar wawe shoes are been discontinued,meaning they wont have them in stock again and all people can go straight up to their site and see and check for themselves that IN FACT,THEY ARE AVAILABLE NOW as we speak...
so,they inform me one thing,and they did sold them online before as i stated and doing so as we speak now,my number and version i did ordered...
so,thats clear case what you can expect from them...

I have waited over 2 months for a refund on my skates which cost over £300!? I was hoping to exchange them for the size above but they told me they only do refunds. I am still waiting for my refund to come through so I can get the size above. After paying to return them I thought it would take maximum of 3 - 4 weeks which seemed quite long time anyway but after waiting patiently they still haven't arrived after 8 weeks! I’ve messaged to try and sort this out numerous time but don’t get much from them. Hopefully they see this message and can help sort my refund out on here instead?
