Great discounts and customer service

I am a regular client of Otrium for over a year. Never had any problems with them until now and always finding my favorite brand with discounts even over 50%. The one problem I had is that DHL lost my package and Otrium customer service was brilliant. They issued the refund acknowledging DHL's negligence. The only bad thing is that their customer service chat only operates from 14.00 to 16.00 CET. Besides that, I LOVE OTRIUM!
