It seems Royal Mail have new trick last week I d to go to the sorting office to collect an undelivered parcy despite no attempt to deliver it imagine my surprise when I delivery notice came via email stating ooot had been delivered and photo evidence was supplied it was of the floor of the sorty office. staff that cant speak English, post depot with carpark blocked so you cant park in it and is only open twice a day for 2 hours, apps that wont load on an android phone, voice recognition that cant understand works like 'yes', and telephone services that dont answer. do i have to say much more?

TODAY IVE HAD AT LEAST 5 EMAILS FROM THEM TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DELIVER TODAY! AT 4.10PM THEY TELL ME THAT DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BUT THE PROPERTY IS INACCESSIBLE! WHAT A DAMN LIE! Package not received been with Royal Mail for 13days
Package received from sender by Royal Mail 13 days ago. It's been with in the local depot for 12 days, ny delivery address is in London, so really not that difficult to get this to me. Respons from Royal Mail is that the Sender should raise a complaint.
Still I do not have my package.

Made a claim, tried to contact them on numerous occasions and still nothing!! I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket! My bank is overdrawn and they are not bothering communicating with me.
I will avoid royal mail as much as I can from now on! This is totally unacceptable
Customer Services Provides No Help
Royal Mail collected four large parcels from me, all destined for different addresses. They were for delivery by Parcelforce 48 and Royal Mail was to pass them on to the Parcelforce depot. The tracking numbers show they were collected by Royal Mail six days ago, but a conversation with Parcelforce customer services indicate they have not been received at the depot. The Parcelforce customer services representative refused to contact the depot or the Royal Mail sorting office saying customer services did not have their contact numbers. I stand to lose several hundred pounds and I feel I have been given no assistance in locating my parcels.
Shocking service
Shocking service, lost two parcels in a row. No customers service to help app and web useless for help you need . Spend 40 minutes only to find the person on the phone can't help and said you should put in a claim... thought evri was bad well Royal mail you definitely getting on par with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Royal Mail lost a 48 Tracked parcel. When I tried to claim - and Royal Mail’s customer service acknowledge it was lost by them - because I have not claimed within a 30 day window they will not compensate me. I won’t give them the benefit of the doubt again, I naively hoped the parcel would turn up after Christmas/New Year. Why should I be out of pocket because of Royal Mail’s appalling service?
Problems with Royal Mail are endless
I am a sole trader. The space is not big enough to list all the problems with this company. Apart from the never-ending price increases, I used a Guaranteed 10am NEXT DAY delivery for a very fragile parcel. Arrived 3 days late! By the time the customer told me, I was too late to claim, you must claim within 14 days, I was a day late. They certainly are on time if you are trying to claim. If this were an occasional issue, I would just let it go, but I frequently lose money on postage costs due to the rapid price increases, a customer pays, and the price has gone up in the interim, less than 24 hrs, lost items which have to be replaced, and late items with frequent customer complaints. The problems are endless, but they don't try to improve the service; they just increase the prices.

Over the years 24 tracked services have risen in price. Despite paying extra for my medication to come next day….. I have subsequently for the past 3 years wasted hundreds on delivery obligations that are more often than not never met. I have worked for companies that deliver furniture and things of the sort, and this lack of respect for obligations is unfathomable, the bullocking I’d receive for doing the things Royal Mail has done with the false promises of delivery would be justified and astounding. Today my meds which are a WHOLE WEEK LATE now were said to finally be arriving between 12:10 - 4:10 today. It’s 4:17 and surprise surprise. Nothing. Joke I’m absolutely livid. It’s already ridiculously late now I’ve been told lies thinking I’d finally receiving them after a 6 day delay. I’m refraining from swearing, but it’s an effing joke. Royal Mail hang your heads in shame. And take that royal out of your name, nothing grandiose about their services, nothing reliable either.
