Confusion on order
I inadvertently when checking out had had a pop-up, which confused me thinking I didn’t actually make my order. When I got to the payment part, I realized that it was more than what I originally ordered and that I inadvertently ordered two with different price amounts of the same item. I sent an email requesting my order to be canceled. It’s a little upset that that happened but received a very nice email from Joey assuring me that my order was canceled and that I would receive credit within 5 to 7 days. This made me very pleased as I didn’t have to go through another person to make sure that my order was canceled. Sorry for the excessive emails back.
Customer service that’s absolutely A+++
My product was damaged in transit. Marinella & Mhyca literally helped me resolve my issue in a matter of hours. Once I made them aware of the damage, they had replacement product shipped the following day. Customer service simply doesn’t get better than that!

Customer service is on point
Initially I ordered the red light growth cap. It came fairly quickly, unfortunately a few weeks after using it the cap just stopped turning on. I was nervous about contacting customer service but shout-out to Cecile and Ramon for taking care of me and making sure I was satisfied with the resolution. I appreciated their quick responses and attentiveness. They really are the reason I'm giving this 5 stars because honestly I haven't tried the product long enough to see results yet.

Totally a Scam and a Steal...ongoing saga.
Spartan has withdrawn 4 months of unauthorized payments from our bank account. We received only
2 shipments of shampoo. We copied our bank statements and they still do not address the "stealing" of monies from our bank account.
We requested a full refund and have received a constant supply of AI generated responses. Even though they were escalating our case to a "Human".
DO NOT buy from this company.
DO NOT start a subscription.

I had a package that was damaged during transit by my local post office. They repackaged my order and delivered it to my home but only two of the six bottles were in it. I contacted customer service with Spartan and Marinella & Diana acted quickly and are sending me 4 bottles at a time I cost to me. Great customer service all around!
This is a scam - I've got full blown 100% negative experience with this company
I received these products on November 10th. Began using it - 4x a week after working out, I would apply the product, leave it on, massage my scalp... after using it for 11 weeks I saw ZERO visible effects. So I contacted their miserable, pathetic customer service - chatted with Cecille (0/10), Mhyca (0/10) and others from the Spartan Support Department. They kept telling me try the product for longer. When I agreed and tried the product for longer and then asked for my money back, they refused - claiming that now the money-back guarantee had expired (during the period I was complaining about it!) These are SCAM artists who promise the world (and in this case a new head of hair). I remain as bald as a coot (but with huge increase of hair over my back and eyebrows, huge increase in hot water rates, electricity as well for these constant winter showers)... absolutely useless. Please stay well clear as other people have written this is a low quality Chinese product and they're selling a fake dream. Beware, and stay clear.
