Scammed out £100 google gift card doesn’t work

Purchased £100 google gift card google refuse to accept PayPal refuse to refund or help. Google say document don’t match PayPal says they do not accept so they are fraudsters for not providing a working gift card or my money back AVOID

Abusive staff and personal data collected by logged out staff

Abusive Staff. Worst customer service. Phone for a payment slip still not received and sails agent keeps telling me “payment will show on next biill” they lie argue call you rude and go silent on the phone. You complain nothing get done . And your left without payment slips and feeling frustrated. Worrying someone took your personal details and did not log into the system what did they do with my personal data collected on first call when she was ignoring me and would not connect me to here manager or another agent over 30 minutes for a 2 minute call

Untrustworthy staff and sellers

UPDATE SELLER STILL SELLNG AND PEOPLE STILL BEING SCAMMED. Weights of order not check correctly fly staff are incompetent and further frauds they should be ashamed
Unable to get receipt as well AliExpress can not provide proof of what you purchase

Untrustworthy scam seller order part France part china. Scammers can send part order. then claim that other part off order was sent with that AliExpress neglect to check weight because there fraudsters. no proof. And I’m supposed to prove they sent it even after asking for tracking both tracking numbers confirm one tracking number and weight of two items.. Part order weight 2 items.am as well.around £150 received t2 off 5 items, part order was two country shipments received one different country for return address that is banned from trade. Not supplying their own delivery address and this is ok with AliExpress. Unable to ship from uk trade rules. Seller aware so there supporting crimal behaviour . And trading with eu. Banned country’s. Even asked for both tracking and change return address for 2 items I received and AliExpress did nothing because they support scammer AVOID NO HELP FROM SUPPORT FIND IN FAVOUR OF SCAMMER
Now demanding I proved video evidence that there was only part order sent even I sent the photos as requested.reviving 2 threat and intimidation I have 24 hours to comply even though there order showed 56grams I weight and should have been nearly 100grams still haven’t provided me with a legal return adress for part of order I should have all ready been refunded for 3 item not received and can’t make it any clearer return address is also address scammers
Looks like I will have to charge back I will be closing my account already removed cards cleared my wish list postage scamming supporters
All because part order sent and two items that can not be returned via unretuenable address this ends my trust and custom with them
Update confirm AliExpress support fraudster weight of Item scam incompetent support staff apologies are worthless since this review others have been scammed no action taken like they said dishonest

Parked in the middle off a footpath…

Parked in the middle off a footpath called twice to have them remove there obstruction of footpath for public use they did nothing left the driver having a real on the parked obstructing the public use of the FOOTPATH. Drive was rude and aggressive the person on the phone was very polite but did not move the vehicle do not trust as they are law breaker I have the picture to prove it

Huyton staff scamBought food on app I’m hear told by…

Staff closing store early and stealing my food as the store door was closed and I was refused entry my order after 10 minutes was marked done. Bought food on app I’m here told by staff store is now closed (early) and I would not get my food I would have to cancel order. NOT POSSIBLE Not able to do that on app it’s rubbish and the scamming staff don’t refund either.
Scammer I have not been able to cancel or refund my order as the emails keep asking me to prove stuff so basically I’ve been robbed by mc scammolds AKA mc Donald’s and a franchise that is not following the rules closed early at least 2 days this week. and a complaint procedure designed to cause stress and is not fit for purpose. Totally unprofessional complaint or refund procedures are useless looks like I will have to just accept I will never see that money again and never use there app again. that they won’t us using the app then something goes wrong and you will not get help only abuse attitude like I received at the door when asked to leave and cancel my order after I asked for refund and obtructions receiving when I provide receipt and askfor refund as I say scammer app

Harassment for review drive even if you have completed this already check your data before harassing customers via the app and sms and email it’s not provided for you to waist my time. Tried contacting them they hang up and chat bot has no clue
IN REPLY you have not even read the reply cannot call you as the answered message hangs up call. So does not work. All you needed to do was check the rating has been left then don’t send useless email asking to do it again. but that’s you support all over useless and does not work. just say we will look at checking the reviews first before asking you to do it multiple time via email
And app notifications. Save the company resource check first and stop intruding on people’s lives after they have already done there review

Inconsistent Branding and illegible text menu

Can’t recognise purchase on my devices as the branding across them all is different causing confusion as there all different on my watch and phone nothing looks the same the app text menu is illegible font colour and size. The new rebrand has had me panic when payment pops up and all you see is a white circle with a bit of red line what a joke unprofessional and think I’ve co tributes to this with my custom. They say “ run for the benefit of its members” I can not see how this expensive rebrand is benefiting customers more like causing mad panic confusion and delay in ability to pay or be paid if you don’t know what your looking for as it’s not consistent to any other part of there branding and it looks like NatWest even more confusing

Abusive staff lying Helen tells you she will email them phones and has you on hold for 20minutes and refuses to allow you to speak to the manager as you requested so could not explain she is abusive over talking and a lying and the delivery details on the app broke and delivered to my account address and they were unable to cancel the order at anytime as it’s email cancel form so unprofessional next day is not the date at checkout as stated on invoice it’s what ever day is after they process your order even though you can’t cancel it

items missing. store would not help me

Order online item missing. Went to shop and received aggressions. And told to just use the self checkout and it did not work took part of the order. had to phone head office to sort missing items and then return to the store to collect or wait further days. where I was met with further abuse about asking for help with the numbers as I’m dyslexic and was told “head office has told us not to help”. New system for checkout your responsible for tying a long number and your abused if you ask for help I will no longer be able to purchase from Screwfix as they are aggressive when You ask for help.they also lied you can not check your order is complete and ready to collect you do enter the number and you’ll get what ever is ready to collect. And then you have to take what’s ready and come back for the rest joke can’t even scan your card to access your account and then select the order. Instead 12 digit they don’t care if your dyslexic and are staff will be there to abuse you under management orders. Whom ever disused to exclude learning difficulties and set the rules should be help accountable to their neglect of disabled people not all are visible and physical thanks for the mental health episode they created. When purchasing why was I should have been informed that I would not get support with the order under management instruction. You could have even used we code to scan your collection. Feels like a cost cutting done cheap.

legal scam!!

Pay me for the catchment I provide. legal scam!!! charge me more for taking away water than i get billed for usage. 0 water used over £150 water bill i feel they steel my money with there monopoly. and constant threats and harassment for money i cant afford even after i cut my water usage to 0 they start threatening my meter is wrong and i ow them more money or my meter need changing and demand i take time to be in when they do the meter even though its outside.. harass me to pay bullies lowest of the low. They were rude lazy and out of stock and after saying we’re out of stoke still left stuff out pretending they were selling it having people cue for ages misleading customers rude and lazy staff and tried to say they sell them online which is misleading as they do not othe people sell there stuff through there site so they mislead me by saying they sold it online when it was not them and still not in stock told magnet and was told the same thing and told to leave the store there scum. I will never purchase from them especially online as there is a chance the seller could go bust and Tesco would have nothink to do with helping you as you were not there customer absolute disgrace and untrustworthy and even if ur a customer they still won’t help wish I had continued using Asda and Sainsburys
