Bad Company

I spent over 200 Euros on a pair of boots that didn´t get delivered. The company were rude and really unhelpful. I will never go anywhere near this company.

We have contacted you with the POD firmed by the person who collected the parcel.

We asked you to indicate if you know that person. You did answer 2 weeks after. And we couldn't already claim for this parcel.

As you didn´t answer us earlier, than we thought that you have received this parcel.

We claimed it to Correos even after 30 days period, but we cannot guarantee anything.

When I wore the ankle boots from Zapatos for the first time, after walking 2-3 meters, the heel of one boot broke. A terrible experience.

DO NOT BUY, it’s a scam

DO NOT BUY, they send broken items and justify themselves by saying that they have been used so as not to return the money, it is a shame that they sell a product in this condition and also blame the customer for their mistakes.

Just perfect, couldn't be any better

I decided to leave this comment as people usually tend to write comments when they are not happy with the service, and if everything goes smooth, they are taking it for granted( which is of course understandable).
I decided to buy on this site as the sneakers I bought for my husband were 16 euros cheaper than in another most cheap store, and 30 euros cheaper than in official adidas site ( plus I was not sure about the correct size and they have free delivery back)
I checked the comments here which were not very good, but I still decided to try.
So,
April 7, Sunday, I bought the sneakers
April 8, Monday, I got the message that they are ready to be picked up by the carrier
April 11, Thursday, I got the message that the local carrier will deliver it ( I chose to be delivered in the Correos post office)
April 12, Friday, I got the message that they are in the post office where I just successfully took them. ( so it took 4 working days to be delivered to the post office)
The sneakers are just impeccable and my husband is very happy with them👌.
The only thing is that I couldn't trace the package, but it's not a big deal for me.

Unfortunately with that carrier is not possible to track it before the parcel gets to Spain and has the first scan.

It's a scam

Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone considering shopping at this shop. I placed an order with them a few weeks ago and never received my product. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd issue a refund, but I'm still waiting for it. I'm really disappointed and frustrated by the whole experience. Save yourself the hassle and don't shop at this place, it's a scam.

Terrible customer service

I have used this company many times without problems. However when there was a problem with my delivery the customer service is TERRIBLE! I did not receive my order and I am still waiting for my refund they insisted on carrying out an investigation for the missing order with the courier company. This took 3 months. I then received a reply that my refund would be processed. I am still waiting 7 weeks later to get my money back.

Very good company for shoes at good…

Very good company for shoes at good prices and offers.
Products nicely packed and delivery in around 4-5days maybe that can be lowered in time but they do tell you on their site it can take 4-9 days do you know.
New products , not returned.

Always perfect

Always perfect. I've been ordering here 4 some years now, never been disappointed. Even had to ask 4 my money back one time cause i accidentally paid double, and despite taking long it went fine. I have bought here so many times, changed size and asked 4 my money back. 5 deserved stars(:

Very good service

I have used this store five or six times now and the service has always been excellent. The last boots I bought took a long time to arrive (this was the Post Office's fault) but when I called customer services the young lady was very helpful and even sent me directions to the post office in question. I will continue to use this site which is reliable and trustworthy.

UPS is having difficulties finding my…

UPS is having difficulties finding my address, so I requested to pick the parcel up at a pickup location.

Ups does not share where the location is and Zapatos.es just tels me to go to all the pickup locations in the area, before it is send back.

The helpdesk of this company are real pranksters.
