Have had a large number of parcels delivered by Evri over the years. Only one disappointment when parcel was damaged and not delivered. Good at updating route of parcel and day of delivery. People delivering have always been OK. Had last parcel delivered on a Sunday. Can't ask for much more!!

Bought red rose rugby underpants and a pack of 3 socks. Much appreciated by recipient at Christmas. Good quality products and excellent delivery time,especially at Christmas time.

My mother is quite elderly and has mobility problems. Bob at Durham ,Dragonville was absolutely great with her, and actually spoke to her. ( It's surprising how many people don't address questions direct to the elderly!!) All checks were completed and her eyes tested. Optician was more reserved.
As we use a wheelchair out on my Mother's appointments, I would say the only issue is the size of the rooms. Bit tight for manoeuvring a chair. Do-able with help. Advantage also is easy parking in Tesco car park. Will continue to use this branch.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing time, showed the code for my purchase to the assistant and was presented with the goods in 2 minutes. Could not have asked for anything better. Also had checked website en route and knew the items were in stock.

The ring sound is excellent,
which was lacking in her previous phone. And as you flip it closed she is not losing money on calls going to answerphone. The call quality is good too.
The service was 1st class. Phone received in a couple of days, sim card inserted and away! Also plenty of communication from company.
Would definitely use again.
