Good Banking Features & Good Interest Rates.

I have been with Chase Bank now for around 4+ Years now and I find them great. Great for when travelling aboard no charges whatsoever nothing like these high street bank charges for ATM cash withdrawals.
Most European countries expect Chase card. Great Security features. Good cash back features. Good % on saving.

Call Centre's not in England.

I haven't been with HSBC for long but what sort time I have I haven't had any issues so far.
My only concern is that I do find the call centre's are mainly aboard and I do find understanding the advisors a little difficult to understand as they speak quite quickly & they don't understand our accents very well which can sometimes be somewhat a little frustrating at times especially when you are trying to explain a simple transaction.

Professional & Great Service.

I spoke to a lady called Katie, she was very helpful & very patience. She was ready to answer all my questions I had and answered them in a professional and calm manner. My will turned up in time in a sealed envelope with a plastic wallet so it didn't get damage any further. So overall very happy with the service. A ☆☆☆.

BAD SERVICE from Day One.

Where do I start - Made a sale via Vinted and used Yodel / In Post as the courier to collect my item to send onto my buyer. Courier who collected my item could NOT CARELESS of how he handled my item - In fact twice I had to ask the courier to handle it with more care as he threw my item (Containg a Microwave) into the back of his Van. Ended up to buyers address all dented and no longer in working order all down to the way it had been banged, dropped by the careless couriers threw the Yodel / In Post System. Emailed Yodel, In Post and Vinted numerous of times with plain written detailed events and even included photographic evidence as well. But NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT WHATSOEVER. Have tried & tried to ring Yodel / In Post also emailed as stated numerous of times but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

BAD SERVICE Regarding Customer Service.

I have been with Vinted now for around 2 years now and I have never had any problems until recently. To cut a very long story short I sold a Newly New Fully working Goodmans Microwave to a seller. I parcelled it up extermley well inside & out in fact even the seller vouched for me on my very well protection of the Microwave. I arranged for Yodel / In Post to collect. Courier arrived but I had to say to the courier twice "Please Be Extra Careful with the parcel as there is a Microwave inside" - But a typical courier said "Yeah, Yeah" and then threw it into the back of his Van. Then 2 days later the Microwave arrived at the buyer destination and yes it arrived damaged - Dented & no longer fit for use. Both myself & the buyer contacted Vinted to report it I even contacted Yodel & In Post as well. In the end Vinted refunded the buyer and me as the seller got nothing. In other words Vinted was not interested in any statement or photographic evidence I had I was totally outraged.
Vinted Customer Service was Nil all they were interested in was the buyers side even though the buyers stated to Vinted the package was parcelled up perfectly and the buyer even agreed with me it was clearly mishandled during transit of Yodel / In Post. But all you got was a Chat bot with Vinted no way of human contact whatsoever not even acknowledgement from Vinted legal team. This Buyers / Sellers Protection you pay did not once get mentioned. So all-in-all Vinted customer service is none existence. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good Bargains but Misleading

I found the offer quite reasonable plus as I have ordered from Wowcher before ordering is quite straight forward. The only criticism is when they tell you the postage costs they always print the lower cost which takes the item to arrive longer but then it offers you the postage advertised for the item to arrive quicker which cost more 'Very Misleading'.

Wording Misleading

Overall, I feel Legal & General need to rephrase what they mean by 'PAYMENT HOLIDAY' ~ As in 'most companies' a Payment holiday are usually requested due to either:
▪︎ Cost of Living Crisis.
▪︎ Unemployment / Redundancy.
▪︎ Special Circumstances.
Also the phrase 'PAYMENT HOLIDAY' means no payments for so many months NOT expecting you to pay those 3 months on the 4th month because of any of the reasons mentioned above. Wording needs to be explained 'in detail' more.

From Website To Delivery A+

I must admit I've never ordered before from AO.Com before plus I'd never heard of any of my friends who had either but as I'd been looking for a hand held hoover for a while now I decided to give AO a try.
Well I'm not going to lie I was well impressed because firstly it was free delivery which was a good start plus you had the option of picking your chosen delivery dates Overall I was very impressed from start to finish - Website easy yo navigate through to delivery. Shock Costing At End !

I found the website quite easy to navigate around.
Asking simple straight forward questions not asking questions difficult questions by using jargon.
My only question is when you apply for insurance and choose DD (Direct Debit) I feel it would be extremely helpful to state at the beginning of the quote that a high deposit maybe applied at the end of your quote.

Disappointing 10% offer

My only issue was I was suppose to receive 10% off my first order but the voucher never applied even though I went through my email account once I received the 10%.
Hopefully the flowers will be ok. Normally you do a review after the item/Goods have been sent.
