Pretty seamless once you are set up. Regular payment, never any delay. Clear payslips in app. Pension levels taken as expected and tax efficient. Currently outside IR35 but will use these again on a my next inside contract.

Assorted box. Lovely flavours although I find the mustard ones too hot (I’m a wimp, I know). The rest are lovely. Good portion in each bag. I’m guessing you should share but that’s not happening. Recommended. Super fast delivery, great price and excellent flavours.
OK it took an age to get the item but it’s beautiful and it works. I have a watch for steps and sleep but this ring does blood pressure, body temp (my watch is old) and you can pay for things! It also looks great. (Tiffany thing going on)

Very easy to subscribe and set up. Zero costs involved in basic package. Works with Muse Wearables using ring to make purchases. Additional features look good although I probably won’t use them. Nice to know they are there. Recommended
Best price and quality. The order process was seamless. Regular updates regarding the survey and manufacture and of course the installation. Was quicker than I expected from order to installation (about a month). The fitters were knowledgeable and respectful. Can’t fault anything. Great product (Triple glazed) Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Super fast delivery. Ordered one day, here the next. Excellent quality product and significantly cheaper than other places. Recommended. I purchased an air freshener they used at work. Not seen it in the shops. Really good. Very effective and long lasting. Won’t waste my money on retail stuff again. Game changer

2 years contract for broadband. Do not do it. It fails, often. Usually for about 15 mins and whilst you are holding for 30 mins calling the call Center, it comes back. You will never be told why it failed, only that it’s back. Then it fails again. Never an issue their end. The app which they quote as award winning (the award it’s shittist app ever) takes 4 mins to log in. Doesn’t allow you to do anything and is always wrong. It will tell you, you have no internet when you do and your internet is fine when you have nothing. My favourite is they say your WiFi is the issue. Cable doesn’t work either but it’s my WiFi!!!!! You can’t separate 5ghz and 2.4 so to register cameras etc, you have to walk down the street out of the 5ghz range. This is a major player with absolutely no idea what the consumer wants. They must make money from gambling or real estate. I’m done with them in 1 month time. Almost forgot it failed in the first week for 4 days. Engineer visited and replace so the cables saying they used the wrong type!!!

Found them on Facebook of all things - received a quote in a day, explained the differences I could consider. Order placed, items purchased and a local firm arranged to fit. Really pleased with the end product and very grateful that Velux (D Agnew) took care of everything. Zero stress or worry. Recommend and thank you for your excellent Customer Service. 10/10
Every time I place an order for my 5 items, they only ever process 2 or 3. I then have to re-order. Tried to ask why and the chat was dropped (twice). So I emailed only to get a bounced back saying they don't answer emails, use the chat!!! Terrible and unreliable, not sure why the customer has to quality check what they send out every time. Also they have some pretty bad reports from government agencies about them not providing a reliable service. Just trying to figure out how to leave them now

When you place a request via our service we do send you a confirmation email, this does list the items requested, also when a prescription is received from your GP surgery a further email will be sent to you again listing the items prescribed, we also advise on this email "If you have requested more medication than listed above please contact your surgery to query this.
Please accept our apology for any inconvenience that has been caused.
Cancelled Sky and went with their partner Vodaphone. Only they cancelled my order due to a technical issue and didn’t even have the decency to inform me. So now I have no broadband. Useless company. Crap customer service. Buy at your peril.
