Don’t ever buy from this company. My husband ordered a trail camera for my birthday, which didn’t arrive. When he contacted them, they said that for some mysterious reason it had been returned to the manufacturer and offered us a discount as compensation. When it finally arrived two weeks too late, it was a cheaper version, nothing like the camera he had ordered.

Didn’t do any unnecessary work, simply plugged a tiny hole in the tyre. Car was ready after less than an hour.

Plants always arrive in good condition in pots

They kept me updated as to the delivery time. It arrived when they said it would, in good condition and the lady waited for us to answer the door, which was good as it was a plant and could have blown over.

Delivered on time as promised in good condition to correct address. We were kept informed as to delivery status.

We bought two of the Dalby sofas and eight months later, the arms and seats are worn.
Although we have spoken to OFL, (see reply below)they have stated that this is due to the fabric and is not a fault - clearly they use material that is not fit for purpose.
