So happy with my blinds, they arrived yesterday about 4 days after I ordered them, my window is huge and it was a bit daunting knowing I would have to do them myself but the only help I needed was to put the headrail up because it was so wide,
Quality of the blinds is amazing, they were packaged so well, driver that delivered was so nice and they look amazing up,
Seamless process, fitting took say an hour tops, the only thing I had a slight problem with was the chain to link them until I realised the chain slid on the clip not like my others that were clip on,

Now iv bought these I’m going to order more for my other windows,
Would 100% recommend 10 stars from me xxx

Amazing app, it’s my go to for all these calls I keep getting that are scam calls, then I just block the numbers as I never answer them in the first place, it will tell you if they are dodgy, would recommend everyone use it and it’s so simple and free x

Brilliant helpful customer service, been using this company for 8 yrs now, had a problem with some coloured contacts that I thought I would try for a change but got the prescription wrong, my fault and they have sent me a return label and refunded the one box I opened, great company and helpful staff x

Where to start, if I could give -10 stars it wouldn’t be low enough
Absolute shambles and total shameful company, my partners mum lost her husband of 60 yrs in January and had the full package as while he was terminally ill he watched the sports,
They were paying over the top prices £110 a month and had been loyal customers for almost 20 yrs
About 8 weeks ago she got a bill in his name and it upset her so she just wanted his name taken off the bill and a landline simple surely??
My partners rang up on her behalf and after being passed around to 3 people and 2 hours later they informed him she couldn’t come out of ther contract for 30 days and had to pay £180 just to do that
Meanwhile vulnerable as she is they have continued to mither her almost daily with calls and text msgs asking her to come back
My partners sister has had to ring 3 times the customer service is a s##t show, they can’t understand simple requests and she’s been left in tears twice now
Finally after 30 days they cut her off and then guess what, the tv and broadband came back on but not the phone along with another bill for £160 for what? Their mistake, in the last few days the tv has been on and off along with the broadband and all she wants is a landline and the 5 tv channels,
Iv never known such an incompetent bunch of idiots, they are still harassing her daily to come back even though they know she’s just buried her husband of 60 years and have been told why she doesn’t need this service
Absolutely disgusting shame on you virgin media
I can only recommend people go elsewhere for half the price or more with proper customer service and no harassment

I was transferred over to this company from my home insurance, iv never claimed before, honestly the company is amazing, the telephone staff are so lovely and dealt with it so quickly,
I had John Arundale who sorted the final stages, cannot praise him enough, so easy to talk to, so knowledgable and friendly, very very helpful and put me at ease as I was worrying that this last storm would finish my roof off,
He is honest and genuine and it’s been so easy to get in contact him if needed to ask questions about any part of my claim,
Seamless from start to finish, thank you to all xxx

Bought 2 separate orders, first order was for 2 turntables and discs, took forever to arrive and when it did it was half an order,
The second order for more discs is showing delivered but nothing has come here,
I have emailed the company 4 times now and no response
Today I rang my bank and I am so glad I did as the sh#ts have placed a recurring charge to be taken out monthly
AVOID AND CHECK YOUR BANKS AS THEY ARE HELPING THEMSELVES TO YOUR MONEY AND YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW
Would give them 0 stars but I can’t as it won’t let me
Have since found out they are selling the same air freshener on Temu for £2.25 but you can’t select discs
They are obv buying in bulk from Temu or Ali express and printing the cover onto the 3 discs that comes with the Temu one!
Please please if you are reading this ring your bank and get a block on this scabby scam company 🤬

Amazing company, ultra helpful, so easy to get in contact, got a reply within minutes, helped with all my questions, added something I had missed out from my order back to my original order, 10* from me,

Just spent an hour on the phone to Lisa from lantern, something iv been putting off for months,
She was absolutely lovely, listened showed compassion and empathy and I was totally at ease with her,
I feel relieved and glad I phoned as they have given me so much help and support, everyone is struggling now, but don’t be afraid to ring do it, they want to help x

I used to love pg tips but what has happened to them? They are so weak and taste of nothing, they are worse than one cup tea bags, I find myself almost crushing them to get some colour and flavour to my tea, they are like dishwater and the bags constantly split, won’t be buying these again, will stick with Yorkshire or Tetley, bye bye pj tips another customer lost!

Rubbish I don’t sell clothes but mirrors,photo frames,candle holders, all which they have categories for in household, then some nitwitt who obviously doesn’t know what is allowed removes it and sends a huge long message blaming you,
Been using Vinted for a few years and it’s happened numerous times,
I have just had a photo frame taken down and they sent the usual garbage list of prohibited items,
They haven’t put it back or replied so I just got a msg to leave a review…so they got one!

Would give it -0 if I could, I thought it was just me or my fire stick not working properly, but I came on here and saw all the reviews, complete crap nothing like itv hub, pic quality is poor, buffering, going off doing its own thing, can’t pause, can’t rewind without loosing what you were originally watching …. Then you can’t find it again,
Whoever got a big pay cheque for ruining everyone’s ITV needs sacking!
Thought I was loosing it wanted to kick the tv many times, shame on you itv 😡

Avoid no communication I ordered the wrong test as I had two in my basket and tried to stop it as soon as I bought it, you can’t ring no one answers the chat line, so it arrived tried sending it back in the came back but post office won’t take them, so eventually after days of trying I was told I would get £25 taken off my refund as test was rendered spoiled,if they had put the returns envelope in the bag separately I would have had no contact with the contents but guess what it was in the box, big con artists making money off a pandemic, also trying to find out of several different people on how to get it back left me ready to spontaneously combust rubbish company and still no refund 🤬

Fab company iv used many times, products half of shop prices and delivery is so fast, would recommend to anyone x
