Title: Systematic Scam - FullFlex is a Trap and They Lie About Baggage

I am writing this review to warn all potential customers about the deceptive and fraudulent practices I experienced with Lastminute.com, which occurred across two separate bookings.

Issue 1: The FullFlex Scam
I purchased the "FullFlex" service for £68, which explicitly promises "no lastminute.com handling fees" for changes or cancellations. When I tried to change my flight, their system presented an illegal £200 "airline fee." This is a direct violation of their own terms. When I attempted to contact customer service to resolve this, I discovered their email addresses (customercare@lastminutegroup.) are
blocked and return auto-replies stating they are "not monitored." They designed a system to charge you for a service, break its core promise, and then make it impossible to complain. Due to their delays and this faulty process, my flight departed, rendering the FullFlex service I paid for completely useless. The only reason I received a refund for FullFlex was after I was forced to open a formal dispute with PayPal.

Issue 2: The Baggage Allowance Lie
In a separate but equally dishonest scheme, Lastminute.com's "Manage My Booking" page falsely stated that my airline ticket included "0 checked bags," offering me the chance to add one for £79. However, upon checking directly with the airline, I confirmed that my fare class included checked baggage. Lastminute.com deliberately misrepresents your ticket's inclusions to trick you into paying a second time for a service you already own.

Conclusion:
This company cannot be trusted. They use a two-pronged strategy: first, sell you a premium service (FullFlex) they have no intention of honoring, and second, hide the amenities of your base ticket to create fake upsell opportunities. Their customer service is designed to be inaccessible. Save yourself the immense stress and book elsewhere. I currently have an active PayPal dispute to recover my money.

Be aware of DHL!

I want to share my disappointing experience with this company regarding a shipment I want to send to Iran on January 28. I followed all the postal company’s recommended procedures and paid the full shipping cost upfront. However, the package, valued at over 500 euros, never reached its destination.

After about a week, the shipment was returned to me, but the postal agent claimed the destination address was mine. I thought this was a mistake, so I asked the agent to check my receipt again. After scanning the receipt, the agent took the package away, to send it to the destination but the issue was never resolved.

Unfortunately, the shipment was neither returned to me nor was I refunded.

Despite multiple attempts to follow up by phone, my calls were repeatedly disconnected as soon as I provided the tracking number. I was once informed by email that the package would be auctioned since I declined to receive it, but this never happened. The postman who initially handled the delivery even noticed the mistake, yet no action was taken.

After nine months, there has been no resolution, no refund, and no accountability. This company took my money without delivering the package or providing any compensation. I strongly advise caution when using their services.
Now after 9 months nothing is changed!

Disappointed by Lack of Support and Responsibility

Although I have purchased a large number of plane tickets through flugdaten.de, my overall experience has been disappointing due to the complete lack of customer support. On several occasions when I needed to return from my trips, I was forced to buy multiple additional tickets because no assistance or guidance was provided by the website.

Despite being a loyal customer, no one from flugdaten.de reached out to help or address these issues. This lack of communication and support clearly shows that the website has little to no control or responsibility over its consumers and customers.

For a service that handles important travel arrangements, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I would caution potential users to be aware that flugdaten.de may not provide the support needed when travel plans go awry.

Extremely Disappointed with PayPal’s Money Transfer Service and Support

On October 1st, I sent money to Mexico using PayPal, expecting a fast and reliable transfer. It has now been over three weeks, and the funds have still not reached the recipient, causing significant stress and inconvenience.

Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this—both from my side and the recipient’s side in Mexico—PayPal’s customer support has been utterly unhelpful. I have spent over 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold multiple times, only to be met with vague reassurances that “all operations are under control,” while nothing is actually done.

There is a complete lack of transparency and accountability. No logical explanation has been provided, and no one takes responsibility for the delay or the impact it has caused. This is unacceptable for a global payment platform that millions trust.

I expected timely service and clear communication, but instead, I have been left waiting indefinitely with no resolution in sight. Based on my experience, I strongly caution anyone considering PayPal for international transfers to think twice and explore other options

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – The package has not been delivered to me or destination, I paid the fee.
No one is responsible.
The bandits have more respect than this company.

Review:
On January 28th, 2025, I prepared a 20 kg express package to Iran, carefully following DHL's instructions. I paid the shipping fee and sent it through an official postal branch. However, after a week, the package was returned to me without a valid explanation. The postal worker claimed the recipient’s address is my address"I provided the shipping receipt and he scanned it and took the package back with him. which made sense—the package was meant for Iran!

Despite showing the receipt and explaining the situation, the postman took the package back. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Deutsche Post/DHL by phone, but my attempts were unsuccessful. The only response I received was an email stating that the package was "for sale" because I allegedly refused to receive it—which is completely false.

What’s worse:

No proper explanation was given for the return.

No refund was issued for the failed delivery.

No follow-up from customer service despite multiple promises to call me back.

Six months have passed, and the issue remains unresolved.

If a bandit had stolen the package, at least I would have known what happened. Instead, DHL’s lack of responsibility and communication has left me frustrated and without recourse.

This is unacceptable for a company that claims to provide reliable international shipping. I demand a proper investigation, a refund, and an explanation for this incompetence.

Beschwerde bezüglich nicht erledigter Scheckeinziehung

Ich möchte hier meine Erfahrungen mit der Sparkasse Holstein teilen.

Im August 2024 habe ich zwei Schecks einer US-amerikanischen Bank (Bank of America) bei der Sparkasse Holstein eingereicht. Vor der Kontoeröffnung wurde mir von einem fachkundigen Mitarbeiter ausdrücklich zugesichert, dass eine Einlösung dieser Schecks problemlos möglich sei – dies war eine Grundvoraussetzung für meine Kontoeröffnung.

Leider wurden die Schecks weder eingelöst noch an mich zurückgegeben. Gleichzeitig wurden von meinem Konto 290 EUR Gebühren abgebucht, ohne dass eine Gegenleistung erfolgt ist. Trotz mehrfacher persönlicher und schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir nicht geholfen. Auch eine Beschwerde bei der Schlichtungsstelle der Sparkassen sowie die Einschaltung der Aufsicht haben zu keiner Lösung geführt.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass die Sparkasse Holstein keinerlei Verantwortung für den entstandenen Schaden übernimmt und keinerlei aktive Unterstützung anbietet, um den Verbleib der Originalschecks zu klären.

Ich kann nur raten, bei der Sparkasse Holstein äußerst vorsichtig zu sein, insbesondere wenn es um Auslandsgeschäfte oder Scheckabwicklungen geht.

Be careful by them!

I wonder how it is possible for a company with such an awful service to have more than 4 stars !? Unfortunately, because I was a newcomer to Germany, I trusted this site and their services and started starting various contracts with companies introduced by this portal; You may not believe it, but after ten different contracts, despite paying an extra amount to have support from this portal (such as a plane ticket, or a car insurance contract with the option to end the contract with one click! And ... hotel reservation and none It was not practical!) In the problems, I had to deal with the company or the service that was not done alone (all data contracts with more details can be presented here and I have no problem) and for the profit of this company, despite many calls and emails to solve problems. In the end, I just paid extra time and money. Be careful not to be fooled by their ads!
