Ordered some items as part of the Black Friday promotion. 2 items from the order arrived within a couple of days but it turned out that the other was out of stock. Customer service quickly offered an alternative at no extra cost which was dispatched the same day and received within 24 hours. Brilliant service from actual humans that puts other retailers in the shade. High quality items as well from a great brand

Abysmal service from offspring. Used a delivery company yodel that “lost” (stole) my order. Offered no support, I had to do all the chasing with yodel. Gave a refund but poor service all round, the trainers were out of stock online but made zero effort to rectify the awful service received. I would advise everyone not to shop with these, there are so many better companies out there who actually care about their customers

Recently DPD have become one of the worst delivery companies around. They go out of their way to avoid delivering to customers, lying and avoiding any contact or help needed. Their current trick is saying that a parcel is out for delivery, making you wait and then Turning up to your street, not knocking the door or attempting delivery. They instead take a photo of a random house on your street, normally a few doors away and pretend (lie) that they tried but you weren’t at home. Absolute lie, it turns out the parcel never left the depot

Purchased adidas predator football boots for my sons birthday from these clowns. Turned up and before I opened the box I could smell them! Upon opening I found a smelly, damaged used pair of boots with a big hole in the side. These had clearly been worn several times, why the sent them out is mind blowing (but from reading other complaints I now see they’ve done it to plenty of others). Contacted customer services by phone 3 times and they couldn’t care less (return and we’ll investigate) tried the Twitter customer service, even worse! I have followed their return process, can see from the tracking they’ve had the boots a week and haven’t heard a word or had my refund and groveling apology yet. I also submitted a complaint via the webform and got copy and paste replies designed to grind you down and detract you from complaining. I left a review of the product on their website and surprising (shock horror) it wasn’t published - funny that. If I could give them a plus it would be that their customer service avoidance tactics are top notch!

Simple to book and a huge saving on the prices the local hotels charge. Will definitely use again
