Bad experience with purchased software

The software product I purchased did not install with the key provided. I have opened a complaint through Groupon customer service (GSC). GSC has been responsive, and has asked me to contact the vendor with at a different email address. I have done that 36 hours ago. No response yet.

This has been a huge waste of time for me. I want Groupon to refund my money. I will never buy software at low prices from Groupon, where untrustworthy vendors seem to be selling dubious products.

MF is very valuable, but is being diluted.

I have been a long time MF member, have subscribed to several services in addition to stock advisor in the past, and truly value the insight MF provides. In recent years however, I believe its effectiveness has been diluted by a large number of service offerings, and much too large sets of recommendations within each service.
