My order was due Saturday 28th Oct took the morning off work got a phone call 11.23 to say my delivery would not be taking place to rearrange .
I then took another half a days holiday the following week to take delivery of my washing machine.

Where do I begin with out crying this…
Where do I begin with out crying this whole process from 18th September with no washing machine . It’s it not like for like for like replacement. I loved my washing machine which was over £700 to be replaced by nothing like with the features with a very cheap basic £270 machine . Very sad I was so upset . Not having a washing machine and a big family was enough . I have insurance and have paid for many years .
