For why" and i shook my brain out on the table rifled through the history of my thoughts and realized that it was where cesare borgia installed a puppet governor to enact a wartime crackdown on his behalf and in the implementation become so widely hated by the people that cesare could come back and win the people's simultaneous loyalty and terror by beheading him and cutting him in half and spiking his head in the town square :) on christmas :) Merry christmas :)
