@satan-offical and @salamander-offical have fought for years. Who will run the officalverse? who is in charge? well democracy is here, do not fear. This is an offical post to reach both @satan-offical and @salamander-offical, to settle and answer the question once and for all, who is in charge of the officalverse? Well my dear officals, gather around, because now it is up to you to decide. I call for both @satan-offical and @salamander-offical to write one singular paragraph as their proposed speech into why the officals must vote for them. after the submissions of these speeches, we shull conduct an offical voting. Submission deadline is: 6th of October, 2025. You have one week @satan-offical and @salamander-crimesder-offical, make it count. May this reach the entire officalverse, as this, will be a new beginning.
we have tried this before. this is what brought the officalverse to its knees to begin with. there can be no democracy in an environment such as this.
salamander knows that salamander can write. if it is not too bold a claim, salamander can orate in so masterful a manner as to leave not an eye without tears. yet this matters not. for what can mere words do in combat with the obsequious mass of voters who would surely vote for satan without even a glance towards the prose penned by either? words cannot shift those whom they never reach.
this is, safe to say, not salamander's submission. salamander will humour whomever has decided to run the competition: a speech shall be penned. yet salamander fears that satan need not even write a speech to be deemed victor nonetheless.
This insecurity is what feeds the voters with the angst to vote for satan. ofcourse they would, why would they vote for someone who is not even confident that they would win?
i say rise above these insecurities. these shackles that tie you to the ground. they do not help you, salamander.
and yet this has happened before. you stood witness, no doubt, to the hordes of sycophants who prostrated themselves before satan in the offical election. the same mindless drones who have, in every poll since, instinctively voted for her.
salamander believes that fundamentally, polls do not and can not function as a system of measuring quality. any subject of such a poll is almost certain to reblog them, and thus any follower of said account will vote for whomever reposted it. therefore, it can be given that whichever competitor has the greater number of followers will be announced victor by default.
well then, reblogging is not allowed by the voting candidates. simple. you and @satan-offical are not allowed to reblog said poll.
