I find Pipedrive easy to use and user-friendly, which makes navigating my sales process a breeze. It's aesthetically pleasing, so it's not overwhelming when I look at it. It's very easy to complete tasks, helping me stay organized. The setup was very easy because it walked me through every single step. If I missed something, I could easily find where to navigate and make the necessary changes. This ease of use is really important when I'm in a rush. The modularity and customization options within Pipedrive really set it apart for me. After using other CRM software in the past that felt clunky and repetitive, it’s refreshing to have a CRM that’s genuinely easy to use while still letting me track everything at a very granular level. The only reason my recommendation for Pipedrive isn’t a 10 out of 10 is the lack of being able to link multiple organizations to a single project. The way I track our projects is by linking the organization that is the actual customer, and then also linking the vendors for all purchased components. That way, the CRM almost acts like a version-control solution, and it lets me look back on previous projects to see which companies I used for shipments, procurement, and similar items. It would make a HUGE difference in how I use Pipedrive if multiple organizations could be attached to one project. I like that Pipedrive is very customizable, and we've been able to build it in a way that works for what we need. It allows us to keep our client list and prospect list organized and use it for traditional CRM functionalities, like keeping a database of all our leads, prospects, clients, and customers. Additionally, we've been able to use Pipedrive to keep track of projects, such as providing cost estimates, processing orders, and communicating with vendors. I find the integration with some accounting programs like QuickBooks to be lacking or poor. Also, it would be nice to have a more live integration with Google Drive to input data easily and save it in Google Drive, and perhaps vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Pipedrive to be excellent for managing my clients and calls. I really like how it allows me to organize information and contact clients, all while keeping track of who I've called, how many times, and the reasons for each call. I also value the ability to take notes on my interactions, which helps me stay organized with every client. One feature I particularly enjoy is having everything displayed on a single page, which makes navigation straightforward. I can assign different columns for actions such as calls, offers, or invoices, and this flexibility is very useful. I use Pipedrive to manage our sales pipeline and track client stages, from first contact to onboarding as a customer. I like how simply it shows a clear picture of my sales team clients, which helps in planning strategies for the coming days and making more informed decisions. Very focused on the right activities, and not on burdensome forms or tick-boxes. The integrations between computer and phone access are instantaneous and really helpful. I use it every day, whereever I am. Having used a few other CRMs over many years, I firmly believe Pipedrive is the best for my needs, which are sales-focused with a lot of service follow through. We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other.

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline.

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve.

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

I love the activity tracker and the automation features in Pipedrive. The activity tracker helps us keep up on deals that might go stale otherwise. The automation makes our processes more hands-off where needed. I also appreciate the custom fields because they turn the system into an all-in-one solution for us. We use QuickBooks Online for our accounting software. QBO integrates with Pipedrive but not well. When you create an invoice in Pipedrive, it doesn't email the client. You can't link an invoice that's created in QBO to a deal, so really we had to stop using the integration because it doesn't do anything. Either allow us to attach invoices that were created in QBO to a deal, or clients need to be emailed when we create an invoice in Pipedrive. It doesn't make sense for me to have to create the invoice in Pipedrive but then to go into QBO to send an email to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementation was a breath of fresh air, quick, well-guided, and supported by a responsive team with thought provoking setup questions. Moving from one pipeline to multiple has been a major upgrade, and the clearer stage structure makes deal tracking much easier for everyone.

Pipedrive is genuinely user-friendly, even for a teammate who isn’t tech-savvy. The visual pipelines, customizable stages, and built-in reminders make it simple to see where every deal stands and stay on top of follow-ups.

The shared team inbox is a great addition, but adding automation to alert the assigned user (task or email) would help ensure nothing gets missed.
