I am absolutely in love with this crochet hair! The curl pattern is gorgeous and looks very natural. Most importantly, it is incredibly easy to apply and maintain. It stays soft and defined with very little effort. Highly recommend!

Great quality hair, last long and the curls are soft and bouncy. Just need a little water and conditioner!

The hair are amazing more than amazing. It’s soft and easy to put in the hair and the quality is beyond my expectation thank you Elfin hair.

The hair was thoughtfully and mindfully packaged first of all, attached to rings which made it easy for the hair to be easily removed without the thread loop tangling. The hair was very soft to the touch and there was no shedding at all.
It was fill and fluffy and had a natural curly texture. Absolutely loved it.

The curly crochet hair is so soft, light, bouncy and easy to install. I washed and conditoned the hair before use and it retained it’s curls.

Customer service was fantastic, plus the hair is sooo beautiful! Very good quality and very good quantity as well. I highly recommend!

I purchased 6 packs in total for my 3 daughter's, although I washed the hair out of habit, there was no smell, the hair was soft and the final look was amazing! Save your money and get the hair and do it yourself if you dont want to spendall your money at the salon. Look at it this way you have to wash and prep your hair at the salon anyway. From that point alone you already half done. Might as well save that extra 300 dollars if not more. P.S My braids are not pretty but the hair hid it all and it was full, fuller than the salon! Sorry not sorry! I usually spend a little over 1200 for all 3 girls and I spent less than half and got the same if not better results.

Elfin hair is literally my favorite hair to work with! I recently did a miracle knocks hairstyle with their Burmese curly hair and when I say alllllll of my clients are drooling over it! Tri bundles did a whole head too!! The packs are full, they don’t shed, and the hair is true to length!

I ordered hair on December 8, 2024 and didn’t receive it until the 19th. They messaged me saying they don’t have the hair I ordered and tried to offer me different styles. I told them to send what I ordered or refund my money. All of a sudden in less than 12 hours they had it and emailed me said they were sending it. When I received the hair the crochet was stuck together where the glue/adhesive bonding the crochet to the hair was, still a little wet as if it was just done and it was done sloppily. The binding was done in a way that created rough jagged edges that would damage the hair when being pulled through during the process of crocheting. I immediately emailed them, after over 15 emails they are refusing to refund me, only offered $25 of the $110.00 I spent. This company is unprofessional and not worth the time. There are plenty of hair companies out there that have better customer service & quality control. Do not shop here, I’m giving you fair warning. I have been trying to get the issue resolved since 12/19/24 it is now the 4th of January 2026.

Noticed hair quality was not what I received. I told their customer service that the hair quality is not like human hair. I was given a list as to what human hair should do if it's human
And it stayed you should be able to run you hands through the hair. I stayed to get I am not and showed pictures . I was told to use a detangling spray after spending 450.00 on human hair crochet hair. I do not complain however after sharing pictures of how tangled this "human hair is. They refused to address the issue

Quality is great BUT I ordered "Autumn brown" and what I received is rather orange. I asked for an exchange that they refused and offered me $10 because they keep saying that it is the same color but no. I also tried to send it back and they told me to pay for the return, so more of 30€ (France-China) which i refused. I feel like I've been scammed. I lost money since I won’t use the hair.

I bought the Burmese curly bundles (22, 22, 24, 24) for my daughter and OMG the curls are beautiful right out the bag. Thick, bouncy and they blend with her natural hair perfectly. Didn’t even need to use all bundles for a full head. Super happy with it.

The hair is very bad quality. I purchased 3 bundles of the 613 for my daughter. The hair has been in her head for about a week and it's already tangled. Not to mention how bad it's been shedding

terrible customer service they promise to ship your wig fast i paid for 3-6 day delivery. They shipped my order out April 10th it is now the 28th and i still have no wig. they will not refund me or cancel my order terrible company !

This wig was perfect. Light weight and exactly what I needed. I don’t even think I even had to flat iron my hair I just brushed it into the wig and you couldn’t tell there was a vpart under there! Wand curled it and it did okay with that, I didn’t have hair spray so it didn’t hold as well but it held good enough for the day.

I ordered Burmese curly hair, but I received loose curly, the store refused to give me my money back or a refund! Do not order from this place!!

This hair is not raw. I purchased Burmese raw, it didn’t fully lift to the color I wanted and lost the curl patter.

Hello, i made an online purchase a week a go and i have received it yet. They suppose to deliver it between 2-3 days buy not yet. Not even reply my emails when i contacted the customer service.
I'm not sure how can i refund but I'm not interested anymore.

A rip off. I ordered some light yaki tape ins to install for my daughters senior pics and it was a fiasco to say the least. The tapes would not stay together and the hair would not hold a curl. It was an absolute mess. Never again!
