Don’t waste your money on guardsman

Don’t waste your money on guardsman. Also. Stay away from Dfs too. God forbid you have any issues. I have a sofa that’s coming apart at the seams and the operative used my scissors to cut off the fray stitching. Aside from that, the armchair has more than 10 issues and suggest they repair them one by one. Issues were raised in August I’m in February still unresolved. Oh and customer service is always delightfully RUDE! Complaints process is pointless too. Don’t waste your money.

The sofa is also such poor quality. Basically Temu, china quality. There are multiple quality issues with it.

Also, my DFS RONAN is ELECTROCUTING me not Dfs or Guardsman are lifting a finger about it. Dfs’ magical solution is to isolate the switch and I never can use the recline. For £3500 I am paying for recliners I am told the only fix is to isolate switch and no use of recline. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Poor service

Had a call out due to staining on my sofa, the stains wasn’t removed, requested for the policy to be cancelled and refund for the remaining period to be told I couldn’t get a refund due to having 1 call out! Would never again take out this service, brought a spot washer and removed the stain myself! Was sent the report and wasn’t even my sofa in the picture! Poor customer service
Over all really poor company!

Reviewed previously yet even poorer than first thought

Reviewed previously yet now the company doesn't even respond via their own portal messaging service despite DAILY message requests. Oddly, they respond to poor reviews, at least to say to the world that they are following up when in fact, they are not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Eventually got a response and they came out and did the clean in 15 mins but it took weeks of emails and phone calls to get it sorted
