Like Amazon but without the customer…

Like Amazon but without the customer service or sound returns policy. Contacting them is very difficult. They also have a 85 days policy = the stores has 85 days to get the item to you! WTF!!!! ETA for my item is 27/1/26 to 1/2/26: Item has not even been shipped yet according to the app tracking! If it feels like a con job it usually is. Stay away.

Sounds like even for customers eligible for refunds you make it VERY DIFFICULT for them to receive refund. I can confirm with you now that I will be pursuing a refund after 1/2/26.

We give merchants up to 12 days to transfer orders to the Joom Logistics warehouse for further dispatch. During this time, the status should change to "Shipped".

I mistakenly requested the wrong refund…

I mistakenly requested the wrong refund type when cancelling an order, and my money was transferred to joom points, and I therefore can not get a refund to my bank account, even after speaking to joom support and explaining the problem.

Very bad customer service.. set up to rip you off

I ordered a pair of New Balance Trainers.. they took ages to get to me ... there was nowhere on the site to email or chat or phone to ask on the progress of the order. When I did get the order and they were too small there was no where to request a refund, the chat said it would get back to me in 14 days which is time allocated for a refund and I am 5 days in and no one has contacted me and I seem to have no way on their website to process a order. My view is that these guys are dodgy and trying to take your money with no service offered. DO NOT USE. I will update accordingly next week to see if they still have not processed not request.

Scam company

Scam company. Delivery took over three weeks, the item color didn’t match the photos, and despite sending proof they denied the issue. They expect customers to pay for returns to China and respond so slowly that returning on time is barely possible. Avoid unless you’re willing to lose money if something doesn’t fit or match

You know at first when I saw Joom website popped up on my page to buy my soursop, I was a bit in denial to use the Web, but believe me you, it came out to be the perfect website ever. They are very communicative through out until my order arrived and they're very fast. I 💯 recommend Joom..they're the best.

Customer support is usless

Omg the customer support is non existant. Ive had to wait over 2 weeks spoke to 3 different people and i still havnt had a refund or been given a return label. Its £130 and im stuck waiting and keep getting stupid messages from support. Ive given up and letting paypal sort it

JOOM IS A SCAM PLATFORM

Pour les fêtes de Noel j'ai acheté 3 Chemises de la marque AMI a un marchand qui ne laisse transparaître aucunement de la contrefaçon.

Je reçois, avec beaucoup de retard, et en provenance de Chine, 3 chemises aux tailles rétrécies (un XL taille comme un S), et de qualité totalement minable.

A partir de là commence un long cheminement vers le retour, impossible, ou je finis par trouver publiquement sur google une adresse de retour, en Lettonie - adresse qui s'avère être inexistante - selon les retours de la poste.

Je perds donc 188,00 €, les rais de retour de cet achat (22,00 €), et ces chemises de contrefaçon.

Je vous conseille de passer votre chemin et de ne rien acheter sur cette plateforme. Je vais faire le maximum pour dénoncer aux douanes et autorités Françaises leur agissements pour stopper toutes leur activités en Europe. J'aurai du lire les avis et me renseigner, ici tout est opaque.

N'achetez pas sur Joom.

For Christmas, I bought three AMI brand shirts from a seller who gave no indication whatsoever of counterfeiting.

I received, very late, and from China, three shirts with shrunken sizes (an XL fits like a S), and of absolutely terrible quality.

From there began a long and impossible process of returning them, until I finally found a publicly available return address in Latvia on Google – an address that turned out to be nonexistent, according to the postal service's records.

So I lost €188.00, the return shipping costs for this purchase (€22.00), and these fake shirts.

I advise you to avoid this platform and not buy anything from it. I will do everything I can to report their actions to French customs and authorities to stop all their operations in Europe. I should have read the reviews and done my research; everything here is opaque.

Don't buy from Joom.
