Ive send a parcel from spain to germany, two displays (insuranced via Jumingo). One of them broke, i messaged the support and its been 4 weeks and no response. Dont send out stuff that is vulnerable. YOU WONT GET UR MONEY BACK even though u made an insurance.

The portal was easy to use. I used it to send a DHL express document. The cutoff time of the pick up was shown as 5pm, but it was actually 4pm, and I missed that. For an express document, the impact was big. I would have chosen another option if I knew the actual cutoff time.

I am being ignored!!! The last time I was answered was on December 11th. I wrote a new request a week ago and no one has answered yet. Unfortunately this was a TERRIBLE experience. I have sent 2 packages to the US from Germany, first they were picked up at the wrong time (too early) and the pickup person rushed me and then said he would put the lable on, to speed up the process, with the result that they were both shipped to a different state! When the packages finally arrived one of them was heavily damaged and the art pieces were ruined and unusable by my client. I contacted Jumingo 7 months ago with the images of the ruined packages and asked for compensation not only of the shipping cost and possibly the art pieces. I received 3 emails in the last 7 months that it will still take a bit to work on this. Now they are not responding to my emails at all anymore. I phoned them, was on hold for 5 minutes and was then informed that they were too busy and I would try it later. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE SERVICE!

This is a scam company. Stay away from it.
I booked and paid for a shipment of two suitcases through their website. Before booking, I carefully measured and weighed both suitcases multiple times to ensure the information was accurate. I am an engineer, and I know how to use a scale and a meter. The details were as follows:
- Package: 36 × 35 × 54 cm, 18.0 kg
- Package: 39 × 31 × 62 cm, 18.0 kg
The total price I paid for both shipments was €108.74.
The website stated that the courier would take care of labeling the suitcases. However, when the courier arrived, they were not prepared to do so, and I had to print and attach the labels myself. Despite this, the courier accepted the suitcases without any objections or remarks regarding their size or weight.
Several weeks after the suitcases had arrived at their destination, I received an email from Jumingo claiming that both suitcases were allegedly larger and heavier than declared, and requesting an additional payment of €43.44. According to them, the first suitcase supposedly measured 55 × 45 × 36 cm and weighed 21 kg, while the second allegedly measured 65 × 50 × 45 cm and weighed 20 kg.
I contacted Jumingo to explain that this was incorrect and that the measurements were accurate at the time of shipment. After a couple of follow-ups from their side, the issue appeared to be dropped, and I received no further communication.
Nearly one year later, I was suddenly contacted by a debt collection agency (Debtist Inkasso), demanding a total of €96.74 for the alleged outstanding amount, including interest and penalties.
To avoid further complications, I paid the amount requested by the debt collection agency. However, it is completely unacceptable that a shipment which was initially paid in full and accepted by the courier without any issue ultimately cost nearly €200 to ship two small, cabin-size suitcases—based on unsubstantiated claims made long after delivery.
I have now contacted my lawyer to assess what legal steps can be taken in response to this matter. Jumingo should expect to hear from me again shortly.
I consider this conduct highly unprofessional and misleading, and I strongly recommend choosing a more transparent and reliable shipping company than Jumingo.

I ship to the US quite a lot (as someone from a European country) and sometimes they have great prices, other times they’re more pricey than any other providers
But they’re safe to go and I put a lot of trust in them
