Couldn't recommend enough

I ordered a black sports bra, but received a blue one of a different style. I contacted their customer service and they responded within 20 minutes, and had the replacement sent out within a few hours which arrived the next day. Both items are great quality and supportive. I love their items and their customer service gained them a customer for life.

The shipping time was very quick, and the item itself was packaged securely. There were freebies in there too which I am eager to try. All in all, a very positive experience!

Amazing small business

I adore the quality of the clothing and uniqueness of the patterns you can get. It's amazing for a goth and horror movie fan. The crop tops are comfortable, the leggings are squat proof and breathable. I don't think, in more than 15 orders, I've ever had a negative experience with Unwonted Apparel. Definitely recommend!

Perfect service, but sub par product

Delivery was fast and the item was well packaged. The item itself tastes pretty bad and it's a struggle to finish. Maybe it's just the particular flavour, but this is the second one I've had that has been unpleasant and makes me feel borderline sick.

Edit: despite my review being largely negative, MP have some of the most lovely customer service staff! MP is a great company to deal with and order from, I've just been disappointed with this particular product.

BeautyBay are my go to for cosmetics

BeautyBay, as always, deliver flawless service and amazing customer care. Handled my delivery issue quickly and with so much compassion. A wonderful service which I will, no doubt, be using again.

Beautybay handle all of their orders…

Beautybay handle all of their orders (in my experience) with efficiency and professionalism. However, the always entrust their deliveries with Evri, who always ruin the experience. They leave ever single parcel on my doorstep, in full view of the street, without attempting to knock. I know this, because there I work from home. Aside from Evri, every experience with Beautybay is positive!

Couldn't recommend them more!

Great range of cars and payment plans are reasonably flexible. Made an enquiry, not expecting any response for a while. Received a call less than two hours later from Marc, who was incredibly helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. Couldn't be more grateful for his helpful, it made a normally stressful process very easy. Based off of this experience I definitely recommend their service!

Android is clearly an afterthought

This site is great if you have an apple product. There's zero customisation for android phones, and quite limited designs. Nice designs I your phone model is available, but Casetify really need to add customisation for android (which I already know they are not looking to.) Also, they lie about their shipping times (website said 7-10 days, confirmation email says up to 3 weeks.)
