Do not join.. terrible terrible service

Do not join..

Switched from a decent high street bank, having heard good things I thought well let's see the incentive to swap.

Well after switching through the online system. Months later I enquire about the incentive. Apparently I'm not eligible, so I question this and explain it would done through the online switch portal, (web page).

Turns out they just closed the complaint without even telling me.

Absolute shocker, terrible service. Rang back complaints team, he said he can't do anything, except advise me to wait 1-2 weeks for a letter.

Poor poor show, do not recommend switching.

Basically lied saying ive won £15.00 to then re subscribe me back into a monthly fee.

Its really crafty tactics. Not transparent at all.

Then when I tried to cancel my subscription the site was down for over a day.... somethings just are not a coincidence.

DHL - Chris - Supervisor, outraged.

DHL (Easy Jet) Terminal 1 (supervisor) called Chris. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Smiling at customers to wind them up when having to pay extra charges for baggage and being super quirky. He's on such a power trip in his High Vis jacket. Awful man, loves an argument. Absolute disgusting DHL!

From start to finish the most professional hard working team we have come across.
We sold our property through them. Tom has a fantastic team behind him at Marple. I wouldn't choose anybody else but Julian Wadden In Marple.

Failed to pay for my dads death…

Failed to pay for my dads death insurance policy. They cancelled the policy without even letting us know.

They said they sent letters yet they weren't received. Yet they still took payment every month for accidental death. Really let us down and have Zero Empathy. Do Not Use!
