The pros always do a great job with little personal touches throughout. I am so grateful for what they do as I struggle to keep up due to a disability. I recommend Spruce highly and also appreciate the discounts for frequent service.

The cleaning was actually maybe a 3.5 star to 4 star. It's Spruce in general that I'm grading at 2 stars, and that's not the fault of the person that cleaned my house. To the cleaning, the cleaner overlooked putting new trash bags in a couple small garbage cans and I felt the kitchen counters to have a little debris on them. What has made me upset with spruce is after 15 months of cleaning my house, you're suddenly raising my price because your person input the data wrong into your computer. I've always had 2.5 baths, and now you want to charge more. Also, I think it's horrible to have your customer service all via text or email. That is the most ridiculous approach I've ever heard of. It's not at all convenient for the customer. I see that it's likely very convenient for Spruce, but don't you want happy customers? A customer wants a REAL PERSON to talk to on the PHONE when there is a concern. Texting is a pain and so impersonal.

Unprofessional, cleaner did not do a thorough deep clean. So many pictures and videos of things she marked as complete on her checklist but did not do. All they did was offer me $25 on a next booking. Mind you I paid $160 for a deep clean on an apartment. Will never use them again.
