DHL steals packages
DHL has so far stolen two of my packages. One was delivered opened with the contents missing and another one was never delivered and DHL claims they have my signature. This is not possible because I was not in the country and had requested a different delivery date. Customer service does not consider this DHL's responsibility and refuses to answer any further questions. If possible, opt for another courrier or avoid online vendors who only use DHL.

Took the day off work just to receive my package. Driver left a not at home card while I was home. He never rang my doorbell or knocked. Nothing! DHL surely one of the worst delivery companies

DO NOT ship with them. package stolen by delivery guy. never got delivered. no matter who you talk to, seller, dhl, everyone is just pointing the finger at each other, no one taking responsibility or helping. SCAM, FRAUD, THEFT. dhl keeps telling me that i have to contact seller. i cant open a case with dhl myself. seller just keeps saying that dhl says delivered and refused to open theft case. DO NOT TRUST
I made it very friendly and simple, asked for just reshipment or refund, i would have just placed another order. they just keep sending me the same message that its 'delivered to mailbox'. IT IS NOT. i checked everywhere, asked neighbours, checked mailbox 100 times. NO ONE IS TRYING TO SOLVE IT. also there is no one to talk to just useless 'ai' chat and untrained people copying the same text that the ai chat sends.

Lost package and Terrible communication
Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been waiting FOUR WEEKS for my package and DHL has been completely useless in communicating anything meaningful. No delivery date, no updates, no accountability.
Customer service gives the same copy-paste answers while clearly having no idea where the package actually is. At this point it’s obvious the shipment is lost, and instead of admitting it, DHL is just buying time.
This is hands-down one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Zero transparency, zero ownership, zero trust. Avoid if you value your time or your packages.

Lying they tried home when you are home after just redirect it to pick-up point, you ask for delivery next day they say they couldn't and send you to onther pick-up point.
DHL terrible delivery service
DHL confirmed this morning that they had delivered a parcel from BOL through my letterbox.
This was not true, as nothing had been dropped on the doormat.
Hours later I contacted DHL via chatbot (case number 39713978) and they suggested to check with the neighbours.
This evening I did and they had received the parcel in their letterbox.
How stupid is this driver, because I think the parcel was too big for my letterbox, so let's shove it in next door slightly larger box.
Why not ring the doorbel and deliver the parcel by hand. Obviously this company doe not care at all about their customers. A total disgrace!!!

I have never known such an un-professional company as this. All possible lines of contact were invalid, they offer phone support? No an automated service with limited help. Email, No the link is broken/doesn't load error 404. Chat: No that doesn't work either. I have been awaiting a delivery from Dell since December and they offered little support to change delivery company as these c**kwombles text you an hours time slot for delivery, but then the brain dead driver tries to deliver two hours earlier. This has happened FOUR times now?? No way of complaining or changing day/time??? AVOID this scam company. Darlington Branch are thick AF

This is one of the worst companies i've ever had displeasure of having to deal with. I ordered a product which was being delivered by dhl e commerce.
I rang Customer support Ireland as no tracking information was updating and the delivery was now later than advertised by the sellers
Dhl would not start the delivery time until the item had gone through customs come out of customs gone into their sorting area. Then out with their sorting area and only then start a journey overland which could take eight days
So obviously they are bulk filling containers then shipping them over land and taking whatever time they want.
I rang Dhl ireland to look for an update
I was basically told , well , vendors choose a cheaper service because it takes as long as it takes and if they want a better service vendors selling you your products should buy a dearer service
Once the items begin shipping , there is no update for 5-8 working days obviously the containers are shipping over land
Dhl customer service has become brutal
So ask anyone selling you goods to use a different service if you want the goods quick

Dropped a parcel at one of their official DHL collection points in London. One week later it still hasn't been even collected from the store. No way to contact anyone to find out what's going on. Truly shocking

This happens almost every delivery that they are the delivery agents compared to other they have at least a 200% greater chance of delay or not deliverying at all!!!
They chose to delay my order for 3 days now.... today they arrive at my door i was outside by accident and then the guy searches and leaves as he didnt have the parcel with him rediculious!!!
