You can choose between carriers, promised time varies between 2-5 days. That’s a bold face lie though: everything I order takes WEEKS to arrive. Not cool.

Very disappointed
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I initially ordered the wrong cell phone case. After placing my order, I immediately sent an email because the item had not yet been shipped, but I received a reply saying that it was not possible to cancel the order. So, after receiving the phone case, I returned it at my own expense according to the instructions on the website, but as of today (14 days later), I still have not received confirmation of receipt. I kept the phone chain that I ordered at the same time, even though it is not worth the price of €19.99 (reduced). It is made of plastic beads. All in all, I am very disappointed with Ideal of Sweden!

If I could give zero stars for such nonsense customer service.
I ordered a cover over the weekend but mistakenly chose the wrong model. I immediately sent them an email to cancel it. Bare in mind it states on their website that they have a 24h customer service. Today, 2 days later, they responded saying that they cant cancel it and didnt even give me an alternative or suggest about returning it. So basically I am being forced to take this item that I do not want or need when it is very well within their capabilities to contact their warehouse and cancel it. Will never be ordering here again and will not collect the item either.

WRONG ITEMS in the confirmation email
I previously bought a phone holder from Ideal of Sweden, but second hand (from a Vinted user), and its really well crafted. So like an idiot I thought that it would be okay to trust the official reseller, event though i read a lot of mixed reviews in here.
Turns out, the review were right!! I order an iPhone 16 Pro case and some accessories, when I get to the order confirmation email I see that suddenly it became an iPhone 15 case, not even Pro (?).
How is that even possible? I checked a million time before proceeding with payment, specifically to avoid this kind of situation. And yet here we are.
Costumer service is an embarrassing bot-chat where basically you cannot do anything at all. I couldn't even report to them THEIR OWN MISTAKE in the order confirmation email. Absurd experience.

Borderline criminal - dont bother buying from here
Borderline criminal, horrendous customer service and I’m never ever buying from there again.
I kindly contacted IdealofSweden to request having an order cancelled upon realising the items ordered was wrong - same day mind you. Turns out this is impossible and upon contacting customer service (which can only be contacted via a chatbot) i am given the same story about it not being possible and that i can send in a complaint about it and maybe try and return the item. But i cannot cancel an order despite it being the same day and a mistake. I try to follow the “guidelines” on the link i am sent by the chat to tey and request they take the order back, but the site then tells me my order doesn’t exist - despite me having recieved a confirmation that says otherwise with a customer number.
This is absolutely NOT okay by international shipping rules. When confronted with this the person from customer service simply said they were swedish so they had their own rules and therefore didnt have to comply with standard international rules. Absolutely vile behavior and I’m furious.
I strongly advice everyone to NOT buy from here, unless you want to risk being scammed out of your money and want to waste your time.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Faulty Products
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Ideal of Sweden. I purchased a product that arrived defective and immediately reported the issue on December 17th. To this day, January 5th, I have received no proper response or resolution.
Despite multiple follow-ups, all I get are generic automated emails apologizing for delays and promising a response “soon.” It’s been weeks, and I feel completely ignored as a customer.
Not only was the product faulty, but the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expected much better from a brand like this. I will not be purchasing from Ideal of Sweden again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
Please prioritize your customers and improve your service!

Same here, my order was supposed to be "on the way" after the announced delivery date I wrote to the customer service and they wrote back, the order got lost, if I want a new order or refund. I wrote back I would like to have my order. Next day I got another Mail, that i will be refunded the money! Well, I def. wont place another order ever again.

Never ever again!! First of all you can’t change the delivery address or cancel the order right after ordering. That’s not okay! Especially when they say the reason for that is fast delivery but I am waiting for two weeks now! I placed a order two weeks ago and the tracking link from the confirmation email says that the order was already delivered. But I didn’t receive anything. So I contacted the support and they send me a new tracking link but this time the delivery is not processing?!?! So I think it’s fake!! Also the customer support ist really bad!!
Terrible customer services
I bought a case for my Iphone 11 which took ages to receive (they are not based in the UK so I have some sympathy for this but it seemed excessive all the same). When the case arrived it had been opened previously and was second hand in quality (despite me paying £25 for the actual case). I reported this immediately to customer services, who were rude and basically said tough. Eventually they agreed for me to return - at my expense a further £13 in transport charges only for case to be rejected by customs. I'm £38 down on the whole transaction and Ideal of Sweden have offered nothing to resolve the issue. Avoid and do not buy.
Scammer
Scammer. They told me that they refunded the amount but it stuck with the bank or PayPal. PayPal told me that they never sent the money back. I'm fighting for 90 euros since a half year. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY THERE AGAIN.
10,- Service Fee for absolutley nothing
The whole process of sending a delivery to germany took over three weeks now and I still haven't recieved anything. The tracking link simply froze mid process and after ten more days, the package simply was returned. So far not the issue with the vendor. But after asking customer service about the it, the told me this could only happens for four reasons:
- The postal service could not deliver to the selected address
- The address entered at the time of purchase was incorrect
- The package wasn't collected from the post office
- The package was refused at the time of delivery
None of this reasons apply to my case, but Ideal of Sweden offers to cancel my order for 10,- Euro Charge. What a poor service and overall experience.

This is one of the worst company! I made order but somehow skip line about delivery address, their website directly redirected me to payment page. I payed with PayPal, later tried to contact support and fix delivery address, as company took delivery address from my PayPal data (I never saw something like this). Support of this company is the worst as well. They can’t change delivery address and they can’t cancel order. The support team advised me to wait until the order arrives at the wrong address and return possibly back and then they will try to solve my problem. What do you think of this solution? I can’t get my order and can’t get money back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER MAKE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’ve accidentally ordered with the wrong shipping address (my old one automatically filled in by PayPal check out) and couldn’t cancel the order immediately, only seconds! after the purchase.
The shop said that it isn’t possible due to processing it immediately at their warehouse. In fact, the package was only sent out after a week. It still could have been cancelled for several days. Customer service ist not reachable. Once they answered my comment on Instagram, but didn’t came up with anything helpful. Additionally, they charge 10$ fees for returning packages. This experience was very bad.
The product’s quality is really bad
The product’s quality is really bad. It is the same than buying it from other websites like Shein or Aliexpress and it doesn’t protect the phone at all. It has many spaces that are not covered. In addition they sent me the wrong phone case. The 1 star is for the customer service that solved it fast and sent me the right one. Nevertheless, the phone case was looking like already used because it has scratches on it and it didn’t have the tag covering the brand’s name like the first phone case they sent me.
Overall experience bad. Product quality really bad for that price. Not recommend.

Nothing especially bad with Ideal of Sweden, but also nothing especially good. Ordering was easy, but the quality of the wireless charger leaves to be desired for a product that costs probably less than 10€ to produce and is sold for 50€. I ended having to send it back because I got gifted another wireless charger and the return process wasn't intuitive. I had to follow a bunch of links, fill in a form, pay for my own return (which while understandable, is a bit annoying for a 50€ product), and the wait time was a full 2 weeks. It was indeed written on their website that the return process can take up to 14 business days, so it's not like they did anything wrong, but the combination of all those things makes for a less than ideal (pun intended) customer experience.
Overall, they're just sort of a 'meh' instagram brand. Not actively bad, but wouldn't recommend it either.
