Received a notification that two separate charges were made to one of my credit cards. One for $488 and another for $50. It's odd though that during the pending stage it was a hotel of some sort, but when it went to the next stage it was Just Deal. There's some shady things going on there.

Someone has tried to use my card to spend $7.77 from this business. I am in Australia. I see others scammed have been too. BEWARE and always check your card for unusual activity. This is no doubt a test to see if they can try for a larger amount. If scammed contact yiur bank and lock your card and launch a dispute for the transaction

Can't recommend this shop. Someone used my credit card details to buy online stuff from this shop and there is no possibility of contacting them and stop them from proceeding with the order.

SCAM! FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY DETECTED ON MY ACCOUNT. I live in Australia, I have never purchased from this company. I was notified of transaction from my bank. I immediately locked my card and am currently on the phone to my bank.

I ordered two phones, orders (20012 and 20008) on the 6th of August, and as of today, I still haven’t received them. This company has completely ignored all of my messages, no replies, no updates, nothing. Their customer service is nonexistent, and it feels like they just take your money and disappear.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would never recommend justdeal.es to anyone. Save yourself the stress and buy from a trustworthy store instead.

My bank notified me of a suspicious transaction on my account, which was for an unauthorized transaction to this website using my card. The big red flag was it was 3am my local time in Australia.

The product - when it finally arrived - was in perfect condition and, as far as I can tell, brand new; not reconditioned. The price was very competitive and so I am delighted with what I bought. However, customer service and company administration leave much to be desired. I never received the email confirmation of my order, the account indicated "Preparation in progress" from the day after it was placed and, although I have now received my order, the account status has not changed. None of my emails to the address info@ received a reply and when I discovered the alternate email clientes@ I felt that I was receiving standard "one size fits all" computer-generated responses. This, combined with the very many negative comments I had started to read on Trustpilot made the entire purchasing experience very worrying and not at all satisfying. When I buy on line from, for example, Amazon, the experience is most agreeable and I look forward to receiving my purchase. When my just.deal purchase finally arrived after 1 month I was simply relieved.

If I could give no stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They are terrible. Customer service is appalling and so are their cheap and nasty products. I received damaged goods and they refuse a refund. Taking this to VCAT!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they are frauds.

Ordered a gsm on 28/5 , money taken from visa on 30/5. Still no delivery of my phone pedido 19264. They keep you busy replying via email ftt and refuse to refund my money. Scam.

Just had $169 aud taken out my bank account in Australia, I had an alert from my bank asking if I had made a transaction, which I didn’t.. scam scam

I ordered a smartphone on May 6th. They promised to deliver within 48-96 hours. But it's been nine days now, and no delivery. I have tried writing to them four times, but they don't respond to my messages on their website or my emails. I see lots of such cases here, so I understand they are practicing taking money and not delivering the promised product. I asked them to return my money, but nobody answered.

Living in Australia, Just went to go check on an old bank account that had some money left over in it just to find that 5 days ago, the money had been taken, was only a few dollars but I'm not sure how they got my bank details, sorry to the people that lost more money.

Looks like this shop is a front for a scamming operation. They tried to scam me for $2000 but luckily my bank stopped those transactions in time. I live in Australia, many Aussies were scammed this way.

I just noticed a charge of $483.01 on my account today from this retailer, and I have never made any purchases from them. I live in Australia, and I have no idea how they even got my payment details. This is extremely concerning, and I am frustrated that my bank account has been debited without my authorization.

Judging by other reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this issue. It seems like a pattern of fraudulent transactions is happening with this company. I have reported the transaction to my bank for further investigation, and I strongly urge others to check their accounts in case they have also been affected.

EDIT: I thought it might to relevant to note that my transaction never "POSTED", and the "PENDING" transaction actually timed out.

This so call retialer is perpeting fraud
My card was used in a fraudulent transaction for $50 was made on my debit card. I reside in Houston and some how someone or the retailer have a duplicate card.

I just got a notification from my bank that I was charged $812! I'm living in Australia and never purchased anything online from this place!!!!

I have never dealt with this company nut they just took $160 out of my bank account. Scam wtf

Well I don't even use this company yet it's trying to take money from my cashapp account. Luckily I have a lock on my card.
