So I leave a genuine and detailed review about a company, but then that company is allowed to flag my review and if I don't divulge personal information to that company they will say my review isn't genuine? And remove it? And you have the audacity to call yourselves trust pilot? How can people trust reviews from you when the process heavily favors the companies that pay trustpilot fees? Conflict of interest!
This company openly advertises same day access to vets and 24/7 messaging with quick responses. My Australian Shepherd was experiencing an urgent health problem, and because of their promises I was waiting for a response through the messaging portal which I still haven't received a full three days later. I paid for a full year of their membership. On top of this they sent me an email stating that they cannot provide prescription services in the state where I live. Y'all need to make this clear from the beginning and not have it buried in the fine print. I don't want to hear excuses from you replying to my review. Your customer service Representatives promise me a refund but then stopped replying, so I have initiated and won a chargeback through my CC company for services not delivered and falls advertising. Avoid this company at all costs, specifically the cost of your pet's health, your peace of mind, and the cost of their annual membership.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how stressful it is when your pet is dealing with a health concern. That’s never the experience we want for our members.
During sign-up, members are required to enter their state of residence, and the platform clearly indicates whether prescription services are available in that state. Prescription eligibility is determined by state regulations, and unfortunately we are unable to override those requirements.
We do offer same-day veterinary appointments; however, availability is dependent on whether all appointment slots for that day have already been booked. While we strive to provide rapid access, same-day care cannot always be guaranteed.
It’s also important to note that our service is not intended for urgent or emergency medical needs. For any urgent health concerns, pets should be seen by an in-person veterinarian or emergency clinic to ensure immediate care.
Regarding messaging, we take response times very seriously. At this time, we do not have any customer service tickets that have gone unanswered for three days. We have reached out to you here because we would genuinely like the opportunity to review your specific ticket, investigate what occurred, and better understand where the breakdown may have happened.
Our intention is never to provide excuses, but to ensure concerns are fully reviewed and addressed appropriately. If you’re open to it, we would truly appreciate the chance to look into your case in more detail and provide clarity.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, it helps us continue improving our service.
What didn't go wrong is a better question. Bought a $100 Amazon gift card, then received an email asking me to upload my ID and a photo of myself HOLDING my ID. Then receive another email minutes later saying my transaction was flagged as fraud, and the order was cancelled. So if honest people can't buy a gift card when they need to and can't even confirm their identity using their ID, there are serious issues with this company. AVOID!!!!!!!!
