Bought something from sizzles merchants item arrived damaged contacted the merchant the merchant hung up on me after I gave him my full name said that call recording to do anything so I had to take it up with the merchant the merchant has blocked me I've been dealing this for nine months I had to do a credit card charge back to visa sizzle refused to accept that visa charged back based on the evidence provided and then sent me to collection this merchant refuses to fall any Canadian laws and believe the above laws and tells you to take up with the merchant Even so you have tried take it up with the merchant for the past nine months and the merchants refused to cooperate husband provided to sizzle on multiple times yet they still try to send you to collection they state that visas credit card charge back doesn't matter to them and they don't care I still owe them the money Even so it's been disputed a credit card level which is against Canadian laws

Last 3 purchases after purchase agreement was completed I notice my total spending limit decrease more than purchase amount. I cancelled order and spending limit went back to original limit. Sezzle still charged a fee even though order was never shipped. At a later date I tried making another purchase and the same thing happened. Never had this issue with Klarna. Now I am trying to close my account and after requesting help the instructions say should log into using website and not app. When you log into web site it goes back to the app. They won’t let me cancel.

Klarna is the best, then Afterpay and then Sezzle. Didn’t have a good experience with Sezzle. Do not like payment options. Overall not good IMO. Just deleted my account.

Alanna helped me immensely if it weren't for her I would've deleted the app and canceled my orders.
She is very nice and didn't just giver me copy paste responses she took actually took the time to read what was going on and explained it in the most simple way possible. She most definitely needs a raise or promotion that comes with a raise because if it weren't for her I wouldn't continue to use this app.
To top it all off this all took place at 2 am and prior to Alana who was awesome I was talking with another agent before her who was extremely rude and blamed me for everything so if you can go into chat records I would look into him.

Can't get customer service to even get set up with them. Their Get Started button does nothing for me, and they don't reply to chat, despite telling you they are connecting you to someone. No one ever responds. They must be doing all they care to do and don't need more merchants.

So you can buy a service from this company but when there's any issue whatsoever you can't get refund an they scam money right out of you. Be careful cause you'll have to use small claims court to sue them to keep your money.
