I did not receive the order
I did not receive the order. The courier did not come to my address, although I was always at home waiting for the delivery. There was no call, no notification of delivery. For no reason, the tracking site updated false information about the wrong address, although I had already ordered from Timestore and the last time the order arrived at the same address without problems. Now I ordered a gift and it is somewhere in a warehouse where there is no address or phone number.
I have repeatedly tried to contact both the store and the carrier, but there is no result.
I will never contact this store again
