I really love NakedWines
I really love NakedWines. Their wines are hitting my tastebuds at the right spot with like 85% of their wines! Sure, it happens that I don't like 1 or 2 selections from them in my box, but no hassle, I get the rufund and use it for something delicious next time! Highly recommend!

I was thrilled with this selection of wine, and I was so excited to make my first order. However, their poor customer service has total disregard for their customers. I never get the chance to try the high-quality wines I ordered. They partnered with FEDEX and a signature was required for the delivery. I emailed nakedwides and called over 10 times FedEx to leave instructions for the driver to give me a call upon arrival. Also, I tried to have them held for pick-up. At the end the box was returned to the sender - nakedwines.
Nakedwines have responded to my numbers of complaints saying they recommend me to contact FedEx.
I have ordered previously from online vendors and I will continue but never from Nakedwines. This has been the worst experience and my issue is still not been resolved.

Excellent mix of wine delivered right to my door!
Very happy with NakedWines. Fast delivery, great packaging - no damage. Good tracking so I was at home to received the order. I ordered a mix of reds and whites. All wine has been excellent so far - half way through the box. Will recommend and re-order in the future.

Love the wines, but the problem is the availability of delivery, I always miss the UPS delivery due to not being able to set my delivery time, as it's the most convenient for me and not to UPS!! Other than that all is great.

We had a problem with a shipment being damaged. While there were some miscommunication issues, NakedWines ultimately did a very good job getting us our order and provided us with a credit for our trouble.
