My wife contacted WOWFARE and someone claiming to be from them told my wife they worked with Dreamy Trip LTD and World Air fares and gave her details of IASA number of WOWFARE they had all the details of what county and what dates we wanted to fly, after talking through this my wife booked us flights with Emirates,this was on the 7th of January still no tickets, the reason i’m writing this review is for one reason I have repeatedly sent customer services emails the call handler was YASMIN she does not understand that i’m telling her WOWFARE has a data leak and that I want to speak to a manager as her comprehension of what i’m saying is zero, I want a full explanation as to how my details have been leaked ending up in us losing almost the thousand pounds.So I will keep writing reviews and contacting the IASA until I have spoken to a manager.

Wowfare- wow like your name. To be honest, If there was a 0 to rate this company, I will be more than happy to rate them with that. I was suppose to have travelled on the 11th of November 2025 to go to Botswana for my brother's funeral. My flight was from Edmonton Alberta leaving at 3:55pm and iwas 3 hours early at the airport. When I arrived at the airport, I was told I could not go through Paris because of my passport, I needed a visa. Ok, since we were early we called Wowfare and told them this is the situation and if they can fix it. They immediately said "no problem" we can fix it and you can leave with the same flight. We went back to the KLM desk to find out if they have the new ticket that was now skipping France going straight from Amsterdam to JHB and then GBE. Klm representative could not find the ticket ,wowfare insisted that the ticket was there. We waited and my flight left without me. Remember , I was going for a funeral. Wowfare said to us to wait for a bit and see what they can do for us for that night. We waited at the airport and no one came back to us to tell us what was happening. I called Wowfare because it was getting late and they were no flights showing on the screen to Amsterdam. Wowfare told me to go home and they will sort this problem and I will travel the next day. The next day , no one calls, I called they told me , you will be leaving tomorrow and you will catch the funeral for your brother on time. Oh wowfare, they made me wait until the next day.- it was already late for me to travel and be at the funeral for my brother. I got an email later from wowfare telling me that my ticket was a no show. Oh wow, a no show? I was surprised. Few days later I call and I talked to a guy called Doug and he wanted me to provide a death certificate for my brother and a relationship certificate. I did provide a death certificate and a relationship certificate my brother is dead and there was nothing like that from his wife.one of the supervisors said, ok fine , Wowfare will give you a voucher, I said fine. The next thing he changes and said you need to give me dates of your next travel. Oh wow, wowfare. I give him the date,he comes back to me and said I need to pay $100+ to book the tickets he had found me. Oh wow, wowfare. This company is unprofessional, the staff were so rude.We took this matter to KLm and we have a case # and KLM is surprised of this kind of behavior from their agent( wowfare) We have all proof and communications and the KLM staff that helped us at the airport can attest that I came 3 hours early and wowfare kept on telling KLM representative that the ticket is ready over the phone at the airport.Good luck wowfare.

Wowfare needs to provide a valid ticket for travel, and when mistakes are made, they should fix them with a re-booked flight(s). The ticket provided by this agency required immigration at an airport where the passenger could not enter the country without a visa and no visa or other passport is held. On the day of travel hours before departure KLM provided us the knowledge of an alternate flight from that airport that would have avoided the issue, but Wowfare did not re-book it adequately nor in time for the passenger to board the flight. The trip was not booked for a vacation or any kind of leisure, but for a funeral. There was enough time to rebook the entire trip and KLM offered up many options to make it on time to the destination, but Wowfare, again, did not make the booking. After spending five hours until 11 pm at the airport waiting for an alternate flight, Wowfare told us we should go home and that someone would call us in the morning. So we left the airport as it was soon to close for the night.
In the morning, no one called. So, I called to follow up, but got no alternate flight booking and was told again that the options they were exploring required airline approval. At that point, they had been seeking airline approval for 16 hours. KLM customer service has told us today that they do not require travel agencies to request approval for changes to bookings. During this process we contacted KLM customer service on two occasions whose agents gave us alternate flights to get to the destination on time for the funeral. However, Wowfare continued to claim that those would require airline approval. Now that the time has passed for the passenger to arrive in time for the funeral we requested a refund on the basis that the ticket was not provided.
