Used to be good alround service ...home…

Used to be good alround service ...home deliveries good. But return are not good received 20 texts stating return dates althiugh another compamy had picked up large parcel..not good contacts either A bot useless keeps repeating .and negative .replies.

Normally I have no complaints always…

Normally I have no complaints always good services, but due to digital errors not alot of human contacts everything went bananas. Like I couldn't ring evri the phone goes dead. No informations given . Obviously a temperary problem. I hope.? I think alls ok now. System error. Thank you for listening. Again two days om he run emails stating picking up parcel??? STOP stop stop

Took out policy needed repair to washer…

Took out policy needed repair to washer paid monthly asked for the whole years payments 86.00 before repair.cancelled policy immedjately .
They kept the three direct payments not very nice about it.

I agreed monthly installments ,,,said I hadnt read small print never got policy docs yet !!! What can be done to get a refund not satisfied? Customer.

Delivery problems

Dear Team

Wayfair.

I am waiting for a parcel delivery !!!!
After delivery it has to be returned and picked up!!! I have printed Label.

I have been on phone no good only aitomatic reply. Three times

Chat is not good either.

Cannot get a responce.needs a human responce asap????

You keep saying collection will be organised. NOT HAD DELIVERY YET thats impossible .

Can i have this sorted asap.

I ordered a wardrobe its not due u ntil 16th January you wont cancel the order
And charhing me for returning.

Its with Karma, payments is this correct
I thought it was ok to cancel without being charged postage/pickup charges

Yes, online did not work well, until today, I was unable to put my phone no, as it would not accept it. I finally got through on chat today over matress still under guarantee...to get help. No answer on phone ..either sent photos of this problems with item.Hope to hear soon...

I did not expect to be told that before…

I did not expect to be told that before my first repair I would have to pay the years policy balance its a scam i pay monthly. I asked to speak to manager and told he would say the same???THE SALES women assured me I could pay monthly. 9.00 a month..over phone.urgent repairs to washer dryer..no disablity awareness or explation !!!!!+ fuming

Waited a long time for the return of a mower ?
Sent back monday via dpd argos had organised a pick up ,no onr gave me a time slot. hope to receive refund back in my account .very flimsey organised took parcel and next day it came back to me next day ???? So told him to take it back not even the label on the original box had been removed ..no new label on it.expensive item...any reply appreciated. Ok thank you for YOUR REPLY ALL SORTED NOW... BUT THOUGHT TO MENTIION.

I PURCHASED on My argos card 12 months…

I PURCHASED on My argos card 12 months ago.a robot mower, didnt work so they replaced it. Agajn it failed this sunmer only just picked it up from my home DPD , they are refunding me 320.00 to my argos card but I want the money in my bank due to insufficiently working properly and I have had to pay out garden services 250.00 this year. Due to a disability ...I have not had it refunded yet . Is this humanly possible to refund direct to my bank account I dont particulary want to go FIS for their guidence. ***Nothing owing on the product .in the card ****account. !!!!!+ What are my rights to get a refund to myself??? This problem has been gping on to long. Out of pocket expenses. and also a late pament 12.00 taken whulst tgis is going om I find it terrible to get through on ohone facebook messenger dont deal with refunds..chat leave peoole for hrs .!!! Before replying ,,,not a happy customer .

Taken pending payment 131.15 without my authority....sent email this morning

Want reassurance it will not go through my bank..no subscription....no authority..

Since only 15 mins after a phone call I managed successfully to speak and it looks like an automatic subscriptions..all sorted no money will be taken , very actually nice customer services at the end. They have an Uk phone no.to discuss.
