Fantastic site and really friendly staff.
beautiful grounds with lakes and all lodges in great positions . The lodge has its own EV charging point and cost £25 Monday to Friday. Charge as much as you like for the length of your stay.
Staff can’t do enough for you . The bar/restaurant is beautiful with a nice selection of food available. We will definitely be back to this gorgeous quiet park . Thanks for a wonderful stay

Very poor customer service been with them 1 year and dispute asking monthly by phone W mail and letter I have never received one ! I am now switching companies and will not be paying any extra should they fathom up some more lies that I owe them ! It’s not happening ! Wouldn’t give one star if I didn’t have to !
On arrival I rang to inform them how long I’d be and I got constant calls asking how far I am etc !!
No form to fill out to state conditions of my car instead the man who was dressed very scruffy said give me £4 to get out car park ! Very rude !
On returning I rang and said I had collected luggage and was ready to collect my car ! For saying they state they park cars 2.5 miles away from airport I waited over an hour! Yet again no form to fill in to state cars condition!
The car was absolutely wet through inside the drivers side and wet hay was all over the car and in the boot ! On asking why this was the driver could not answer me! He ran off quicker than he delivered the car !
NEVER AGAIN TO USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY! GOD KNOWS WHERE MY CAR HAS BEEN PARKED FOR THE WEEK I WAS AWAY ! NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Extremely friendly staff at the airport and on the plane . That’s where it ended as I haven’t had a welcome meeting so no idea who my holiday rep is , so cannot comment on Jet2 staff in resort as never seen any !
