My lovely 11 year old cockapoo was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and was very ill. All we could do was change her diet completely and pray for a recovery. I turned to Butternut telling them all her symptoms and they recommended some of their food for her. It worked and she is fully back to her happy lively self. I cannot recommend this company enough. If I could give no stars I would. Complete scam. I ordered an expensive eye concealer and was sent a rubbish product that costs less than £3 on eBay waiting for a response

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Complete waste of money. They take months to review simple easy claims, ask the same endless questions in a multitude of different ways and simply play every delay tactic in the book. Then you’d be a lottery winner to get a penny out of them! Just don’t bother

Great guy! Despite awful weather and heavy snow Steve still arrived as planned to install our new washer dryer. It wasn’t easy due to the tight space available, but nonetheless he persevered until it was done. Was here twice as long as he’d planned to be and did a great job! BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased sunglasses from Acycles which were unsuitable and they agreed I could return them immediately for a full refund. I did within 24 hours (at my cost of £15) and sent them the couriers confirmation of a successful delivery. I then asked them when I could expect a refund and then the fun began!. I chased 3 times over the following 3 weeks and every time they merely said they have not yet come across the glasses. I repeatedly gave them the date and time of delivery and still no response. In the end they have stopped answering my emails but still have my money. I am absolutely furious with this company and am now asking Paypal to intervene. Terrible service!
