Brilliant!. I have bought a few Caricatures from the Gift Shop and they have all been of excellent quality. Yesterday I ordered one for a 70th and sent 3 photos as I wasn't quite sure which one to use. I have found DPD to be an EXCELLENT courier/delivery service. I always get notification of a time slot (usually it's within an hour, which is quite exceptional - and always arrives within that given time). Couriers are helpful, polite and leave package in safe place if I'm not about. Probably the best independent courier service in the Country. Thanks Christine

Staff very experienced and helpful (Ger was just brilliant, couldn't have done more to assist my husband and I purchasing a bed). Delivery was seamless - informed by Ger of day (in fact we were able to choose it) phoned the hour before it arrived. Delivery guys helpful and had new bed, divan & headboard in and assembled in no time and old taken away.

Gregg is a genius. We needed an extra kitchen press having downsized to an apartment. As we're pretty useless at DIY - we didn't want to take a chance on flat pack. I just couldn't find a good quality standalone kitchen cabinet anywhere - all the kitchen places just do full kitchens or base units. Gregg came up trumps. Honestly I didn't think I'd get anything to match the kitchen - I just wanted to get a cabinet. But lo and behold - Gregg made a cabinet that matches exactly - cream gloss with a black 'marble effect' formica top. And it's such an incredibly good quality unit. Cannot recommend highly enough. My husband and I bought a bed and divan in Harvey Norman's Carrickmines today. I can't review the bed just yet as obviously it hasn't been delivered (but it seemed quite comfortable in the shop). However I would like to commend the lady who assisted us. Ger gave us all her attention, was incredibly helpful in assisting us make our choice - gave us loads of time and really knew her stuff on 'beds'. We couldn't have been treated better. I have found Wayfair to be a fantastic site. Choice of products is amazing - the value is incredible and service and delivery excellent. Even when I ordered three items and had to cancel two (my fault - I had measured my space wrong) - the two items were cancelled and refunded within 24 hours. I was then able to to back and choose two other little cabinets that fit better. Delivery is great - informed of time slot when items would arrive and phoned 10 minutes before to say they were on their way. 5+ stars

My husband and I were in DFS Carrickmines yesterday to buy some bedroom furniture and I have to say the staff there could not have been more helpful. Siobhan gave us all her attention. And even when I changed my mind on what I had picked, it was not a problem. Her patience was boundless. She was so helpful and friendly. This book (Who loves.....) was so easy to order and personalised and arrived very promptly. Am absolutely delighted with it. Photo is perfect, illustrations are fab and the quality is superb.
