Tried to book flights multiple times…

Tried to book flights multiple times with them and each time they want to charge me a higher fare once I have already filled out all the information and all the data has been inputed!! Seems like THAT'S what they do - get you excited and once you put in all the work already raise the rates... doesn't seem trustworthy at all

So many fake reviews!

So many fake reviews!! Don't believe what you're reading!! They pay people to leave great reviews and pressure people into leaving great reviews BEFORE the problems start. They violated Trustpilot's policies so badly leaving fake reviews that they have a disclaimer. Read the horror reviews first - no dentists should have reviews like that, yet they have plenty of them!!

Zero customer service, just AI robots

Contacted Zeely support ahead of signing up to ask for a product demonstration and they only have AI "staff" responding. Not a single email is written by a real person. My questions are not being answered and avoided. A legitimate company would gladly do a demonstration to win your business. I'm ready to sign up - just schedule a zoom call with me and walk me through the steps.
No need to respond with another AI copy paste response...

Extremely disappointing all around

Extremely disappointing all around:
- the train goes super slow and rattles the whole way through - if you're a light sleeper, you won't be able to sleep at all
- cabins are tiny. you have no space to move around at all
- the breakfast was disgusting... coffee in a bag?! bacon sandwich was 2 slices of the cheapest white bread with 4 slices of cold bacon - no sauce, no seasoning, not even cut in half
- the dining area isn't nice at all... seats are stained, carpet worn, food was worse than airplane food... if a hotel had sofas and beds in this condition you would ask for a whole refund
- we paid for a dog friendly cabin, yet dogs are not allowed in the dining cabin. Why?! People behave worse than dogs - look at the stains on your seats and carpet!
- we bought ticket with a departure time from Aberdeen at about 21:45 to only find out that the train left an hour earlier when we got to the station!! they never informed us about any schedule change - no email, no notification, nothing! We downloaded the tickets again right then and there and the time was still shown at 21:45
Thanks to the amazing staff of Scotrail, they managed to get us to Edinburgh where we then boarded the sleeper. Didn't even get a free drink or snack. Absolute disgraceful Caledonian Sleeper.
If you're hoping for a romantic train journey, this isn't it! This is probably the worst train we have ever taken - I rather sit in economy class in India, than doing this here again

Hi thanks for your review, and I am sorry that you has some issues on your journey. As we are a night service, we take a leisurely route to London to ensure everyone get the maximum sleep possible.
We make best use of the space in our rooms with the dimensions we have available, and a lot of our guests like the cosy compact feel.
As some people have allergies to pets, we don't allow them in our Club Car, however, you can have room service delivered to your room to enjoy on your travels and be with your furry friends!.
Occasionally there may be changes to times on your ticket, however, we send our Pre-Trip emails, and text messages to let people know of the change.
Our trains are cleaned each time they get to the depot, and I am sorry to hear that

In the queue since 1pm and it's now 6pm. I'm still number 40 in the queue!!
They cancelled my flight and rebooked me 2 (!) days later! I raised a case and have been waiting for a response for 2 months!! Zero communication or customer service. How would you feel if you book a hotel room and they change your reservation to 2 days later and then you can never reach the hotel or booking agent - for hours, days, months...
You're the worst things that has come out of Finland. You should be ashamed of yourself

Absolutely amazing company! I have been ordering marketing material on numerous occasions over the years and they have been nothing short of outstanding. Their customer service has been excellent throughout and have been incredible helpful with assisting me (I am not a graphic designer and needed their help at times).

Buy Items on Temu for 50% Off

Amazon's website is infuriating to use. It's so poorly programmed and not customer friendly at all. It's seemingly impossible to find item specificities and contact vendors directly (it is possible, but not obvious!).
The items you buy on Amazon cost double or triple of what you pay on Temu or Ebay, so I don't understand why anyone buys here. The return however are easy, so that's a plus.
On the other hand, Amazon plus is bulls***... You still have to pay for shows and movies and you can't filter by what's included. Use Netflix and NowTV instead ;)

Excellent customer service

I bought a voucher via Wowcher for Christmas Market deal. However, I was given flights to Poznan on the 10th of December and the holiday would cost me less if I booked it individually than using this voucher!
However, the customer service of Travelodeal was excellent and Shaun assisted me with rebooking the flights.

More expensive with Wowcher than booking direct

I'm delighted with my order!! I went all out bought a whole lot for our home and they delivered in amazing condition and very speedy. Oliver - the owner, was very friendly and helpful.
