Tracking system does not work

Tracking system does not work. Deliver any last week was made, although I’d have preferred to have it delivered to a delivery shop but was unable to access the system. Parcel was left out in the rain. Now waiting for a new item and again tracking system not working so how do I request parcel is taken to a delivery shop and not left on the doorstep in the rain 😡

6 months later and no progress

Put in a claim via Air Travel claim in March. I have contacted them several times to find out progress and have supplied everything they needed. Whenever I contact them I get a standard reply - no progress has been made. The last time I heard from them was August!

A warning for anyone whose car is…

A warning for anyone whose car is damaged by a Hastings Direct customer. Someone went in to the back of my car in March - she immediately acknowledged fault. I reported to my insurer and then within 15 minutes I’d had a call from Hastings telling me they would deal with my repairs - they harassed several times, even getting a garage to phone me to arrange repairs. After constantly ignoring HD and the garage they gave up and my insurers repaired my car. Four months later my insurers wrote to inform me Hastings Direct had still not settled the case, even though they’d accepted their clients responsibility immediately to me, and solicitors were now involved. They’ve at last settled 7 months later! Appalling behaviour - no wonder our insurance constantly rises.

Sainsbury’s credit card move to Natwest

This review is on behalf of a friend who does not have internet banking. She has received a letter from NatWest about the transfer to them. She has used the card to pay for her weekly shop which she phones Sainsbury’s to order. She is completely confused as no mention is made of her being able to continue using her new NatWest card, once it is issued, in any way other than online or on the App. Absolutely disgusting behaviour which is frightening a lot of old people who do not want or who are unable to do everything on line.

Shocking customer service

Have banked with Cahoot for over 10 years. Opened a new Bond account on 14th January and transferred the money from my account that had matured. New account has disappeared into the ether. Phoned on Monday and told to fill in a new ID form - not electronic and I have no ability to print off a form. Why do I need to complete new ID information? I asked to speak to someone to go through security questions but was told that wasn’t possible. Have sent several emails and no response whatever. In the meantime I cannot see where my money is. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Travel to Antalya

Travel to Antalya. No worse than any other budget airline. Long queue to check at Gatwick as there is no on-line check-in. However flight was good, even got a free cup of tea or coffee! Staff were smart and friendly.

Really good service

Ordering and Delivery of test kit really easy and quick. Would be useful to know what you need to hand I.e. passport number, flight number etc etc before actually starting to complete the test and scanning the QR code. Otherwise an excellent service.
