Parcel was delivered within the delivery window provided and within one day of receiving the parcel from the provider. Delivery man was polite and cheerful.

Unfortunately, the courier, Evri, brought the delivery time forward by 4 hours and delivered within 10 minutes of letting us know. As we were out, the driver threw the parcel over an 8' wall into the back garden and took a random photo which did not even show where the box had landed. No harm done, but we were not impressed with the lack of care.

We are impressed that, following this review, Baker Ross have undertaken to address this issue with the courier.

Only took a few minutes to input the required information and get a quote which was very competitive compared with competitors. We have used Staysure for several years now and they always come out the best.

Easy booking process, big choice of hotels and flights, efficient. The hotel was rated 4* but we felt that the room facilities did not warrant this. The air conditioning could not be controlled and there was very little space for clothes. The tea and coffee was not always replaced. However, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the water always hot. Breakfast was excellent and the complimentary focaccia and cold minted water in the foyer was very welcome. Reception staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful and the staff at breakfast cheerful and polite.

Excellent service and product, as one would expect from Hoover. Ordered Wednesday p.m and delivered Friday lunchtime. I found the instructions quite difficult to follow and, having arthritic hands, it was difficult to attach the tube and brush. However, I like the design and it works very well. The light on the brush is particularly useful for gloomy corners.

We found Stairfurb to be extremely efficient, responsive and helpful. There is a lot of advice and information available to aid taking correct measurements as well as fitting the panels. The order was ready for despatch more quickly than expected and we were able to select a convenient delivery date. The courier also communicated well and was helpful and friendly.

Strongly recommended. The driver was waiting in arrivals with a name board, was smartly dressed, polite and helpful, pointing out places of interest near our hotel and explaining how to get to the nearby restaurant area. A very comfortable ride.

Very good handling of our online order which was dispatched very quickly and received the next working day. However, the website did not state that the product we wanted was not stocked in the London store, so we had a wasted journey there before resorting to ordering online and having to pay the delivery charge, hence only 4 stars. To be fair, the sales assistant in store did offer to order the product in for us, but that would have meant a further trip to London to pick it up, and as it turned out, the delivery to home was quicker than if we had done that. Can not comment on the product as it is a gift.
