Tina and Sally Anne were professional, concise, extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and all with a good sense of humour. They could read a room well, and were able to 'rein in' any cynics in the room - we were all there because of lack of knowledge, or careless driving!!
The course covered all aspects of driving, including use of technological advances in cars to aid us - something I'd never really thought about.
