2 seats booked trip.com did not seat us together and refuse to help.

Booked 2x train tickets from Morpeth to Londons King Cross 3 weeks in advance was only around £7 cheaper than lumo - don’t think anything of this. Found out that although I had booked two tickets together they did not seat us any where near each other for an over 4 hour journey. Checked Lumo directly seats available together. Lumo advised that as tickets were booked by a third party system I would need to contact Trip.com directly contacted trip.com they advised nothing they can do to contact Lumo. Not eligible for a refund either to book again. No guarantee either that if I changed times we would be sat together. First time using and last - very unhelpful.

What a con - charging extra for delivery then not delivering within timescales

Ordered for next day delivery - received confirmation of next day delivery.
Made contact the following day as had not received a despatch email was told issues with weather. Advised that the items were for an urgent order: works to be completed at a hospital, labour booked, access equipment arranged. Was then told that I had missed next day delivery and that is why order had not been despatched. Had to pay and extra £19 plus VAT for next day AM delivery.
Order did not arrive till 2pm which was too late. Made contact to advise that item hadn’t not been delivered as advised and requested a refund. BS FIXINGS refusing to refund delivery charge despite order not arriving at all the first day then not as paid for on the following day. Will not use again

We find that DHL offer a good service but unfortunately they have let us down on this occasion, so we feel this review may be more suited to the delivery company than to us.

I would just like to assure you that we did everything we could on our side to help you with your order. Regarding the delivery charge, you got free delivery on your order but the order was placed after the cut-off time for a next day service which is shown on the website. The following day you requested to upgrade the delivery to a premium AM delivery option instead of free delivery, so we helped with this and we sent your items out on a next-day AM (morning) delivery as requested. Unfortunately DHL delivered at 2pm which we are really sorry about. The delivery was out of our control as we did everything we could on our side as you requested.

We provided a full refund for your delivery as soon as you told us that the items didn't arrive in the morning. Apologies if there was any confusion about the refund. I can assure you that we certainly wouldn't refuse to refund this as we were happy to help you on this, and we understand the frustration when couriers don't delivery on time. I will send you an email with the refund confirmation.

Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered

Would give 0 stars but no option for this. Placed an order to be delivered on the 6th November a gift for my daughter that wasn’t available in store. Received delivery notification on the 6th that item would be delivered that day. Then received notification at stated delivery time while sat at home waiting that they encountered an issue. Contacted Zara straight away to be told please be patient if delivery is not received please make contact again. The next day received notification that item would be delivered again waited in again received notification that they encountered an issue. Made contact with Zara straight away to be told please wait 24 hours and if parcel hasn’t been delivered made contact. As you can probably guess this has gone on now for 6 days. I still do not have my parcel, customer service close the chat as soon as they have opened it . They offer no resolution and state the same dreadful response. I have made a complaint which they state every day they are still investigating. How hard can it be to contact the delivery company and ask why the parcel has not been delivered. They have refused to refund my delivery fee.

Several complaints made, no one is interested.

No site visit by Evri to confirm any of these details
Seems to be is not a good enough response.

Adjustments have been made = making sure the HGV parks even more over the drive

And blatant lies about the council this is a a stage 2 complaint and the investigation is ongoing.

Couriers advised to park with consideration = couriers making sure they cause an obstruction with no1 to stop them as Evri clearly do not give a s**t.

Parcels sorted the same way as a depot= leaving personal data all over a public street unsupervised in all conditions and no data protection threat from this?

I have received a response from our field team and area manager regarding the on going issues you have experienced with your local couriers. They have discussed this at length and advised me on the discussions they have had with the couriers.

They have explained to me that after reviewing the photos and videos you have provided they can see that there seems to be enough space for you to be able to manoeuvre around the couriers vehicle, they have passed on your concern to the courier and advised them to make sure they are not blocking the road and looking at the recent videos you have sent us it seems adjustments have been made to ensure you are able to move round them whilst they are sorting their parcels.

They have also confirmed that there is also another route that can be taken to exit the village which is sufficient for you to take you feel you are unable to pass by the couriers van when it is parked on the road however the couriers have stated they will be considerate on how they park their vehicle to ensure there is ample space for you to drive round them.

In your initial complaint you raised concerns about GDPR due to the couriers sorting the parcels on the road, this has been looked into by the area manager and they do not see any issues with how the couriers are sorting the parcels and this would be the same way they would sort them if they were in a depot, and due to the courier and yourself living in a small and rural area we see no data protection threat.

Our field team have also raised your concerns with your local council who have also agreed that there is no issue currently with how the couriers are parking their vehicle and sorting the parcels and they are not pursuing this any further.

To conclude the investigations taken by the couriers management and the area manager there is now no further action for them to take and no further investigations will be conducted.

CEO Martjin Delange and Chris ashworth do not give a s**t.

Complained to the CEO Martjin Delange requesting a formal investigation.
Nothing done.
Complained to Chris Ashworth -no response.
Is looking like I am going to have to take this to ofcom and the consumer helpline local courier is making my life hell and they are doing nothing about it despite months worth of evidence.

Couriers are taking the…

So my complaint is about the couriers that’s seem to think they own the village and my private drive, logged a complaint with CEO nothing done.
Today I come home to find they have parked their van on my private drive to load up their van. This is after they consistently block my drive with an HGV.
How are people allowed to get away with this. Logged a new complaint today. Do doubt nothing will be done.

GPDR and inconsiderate parking

I have observed and have evidence that a couple are breaching GPDR by unloading parcels and leaving them on a public street to sort 6 days per week since December. They are not protecting personal information and in fact have flouted GPDR policies. They are not storing these parcels properly as they have no storage facilities
This is a serious breach.
Not only are these deliveries a nuisance to all neighbours as the road is blocked each morning and parcels distributed along the street blocking entrance and access with no consideration at all to others.
Also has anyone noticed that previous reviews under EVRI.uk and doorstep Evri have been shut down with an average review of between 1.1 and 2.7.

EVRI does not care how much disruption…

EVRI does not care how much disruption it causes on a daily basis.
Drive blocked again this morning, 17 year old daughter couldn’t get out for work this morning as HGV was over the drive again.
I have been informed this has been investigated and won’t happen again and it “seems” there is another route out. However this is also blocked by the couriers inconsiderate parking.
So now each morning we have to sit and wait until that have unloaded and driven off.
As for GPDR apparently it is allowed to leave personal information on the street as this classed as low risk. Anyone walking past can fully see names and full address of any one of the parcels. I even have pictures but the risk is deemed small???

Would leave 0 stars if I could

Would leave 0 stars if I could. We are experiencing real issues with a courier that is consistently blocking our drive with an HGV in a rural area. On top of this they are leaving parcels all over the street with no consideration of protection of personal data.
I have approached EVRI to be advised they have resolved this and would ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
Surprise it happens frequently so approached EVRI again to be told they have resolved this and there was nothing more they can do despite sending photo and video evidence.
With regards to personal data not being secured they advised that it is a rural area so changes of personal data being seen is small.
EVRI do not care about protecting your personal information or care that they are completely blocking my drive on regular occasions.
I asked for a site review so they could see the disruption this is causing but again they are not interested as long as the money keeps coming in they don’t care how they run their business impacts others

Comical response asking me to contact customer service I have been doing this for 3 months and my complaint included the customer service team.

Daughters first car

I was looking for a car for my daughter’s birthday after having issues with another local garage.
Claire Lane was absolutely superb, she made contact straight away understood what I was looking for acknowledged and understood my concerns with previous garage.
She made sure the car was 100% for me. Claire went above and beyond. Made a plan on her own which made my daughter feel really special when she went to collect the car.
Claire made this purchase extra special and we will never forget this.
I did not expect this level of service as it was on another level to anything we have experienced before, and for that reason we will now not buy a car from anyone else.
Claire is an absolute credit to Audi Tyneside.

Appalling customer service

Ordered a bed in November for new home. Delivery company cancelled bed by mistake. I contacted very to advise and was given a resolution. Customer service team managed to organise redelivery and booked in.
Contacted delivery team to advise of change of address, they could not do that without very’s consent.
Contacted very to be told they couldn’t find the bed and they would contact me that day. No contact made so rang the following day.
So now I have been told that the bed is broken and they have no stock. So I can have £50 compensation.
1. I have waited a month for this to be resolved
2. I have designed my bedroom around this bed, blinds, carpet, feature wall, switches wall lights tailored to height of headboard.
3. I have no bed, and it is very unlikely that I can get a replacement in time for Xmas
3. Very customer service do not care. They have advised as I will not accept the compensation that my complaint will be closed as it’s not resolved.
Appalling service, they do not care at all and are very dismissive and unhelpful. They do not care that because of multiple mistakes I do not have a bed.
Advised that during initial conversation I stood a chance of finding a bed but was assured it would be resolved.
Very angry
UPDATE.
Very have still not contacted me with a resolution I have now spent over two hours on the phone at my own cost trying to resolve this. I just keep getting fobbed off with empty promises that someone will ring me back. Still waiting!!!

Previous service was excellent so not…

Previous service was excellent so not expecting any issues this time.
Took pictures of phone before sending in immaculate condition was offered around £250. Screen protector never taken off until before sending in.
Sent phone got an email with a revised offer of £50 as phone showed heavy wear to screen.
Advised this was absolutely not the case and I had photo evidence. They increased offer to around £60 which I obviously refused.
Now I have to pay £10 to receive my phone back which is not in the same condition I sent it.
They are not bothered that I have proof of phone in the condition i sent.
For that reason I won’t use again. Feel like I have been conned.

Quoted a higher price for my iPhone than other companies.
Sent phone in, actually received quoted price for phone so very happy.
Only downside is that it took over a week to complete from sending phone to payment in bank.

Do not order from here ever.

So this is my second order placed with Michael Kors.
First order didn’t arrive despite paying for express delivery as this was for a special occasion, some months ago. Vowed never to use Michael Kors again, terrible terrible service.
But then saw a purse that my daughter would love as a present. Thought I would give them another chance. Again paid for express delivery as it was needed quickly and received a delivery date. Surprise surprise order has not arrived.
Clearly cannot deliver at all never mind on time.
