Appalling customer service
Ordered a bed in November for new home. Delivery company cancelled bed by mistake. I contacted very to advise and was given a resolution. Customer service team managed to organise redelivery and booked in.
Contacted delivery team to advise of change of address, they could not do that without very’s consent.
Contacted very to be told they couldn’t find the bed and they would contact me that day. No contact made so rang the following day.
So now I have been told that the bed is broken and they have no stock. So I can have £50 compensation.
1. I have waited a month for this to be resolved
2. I have designed my bedroom around this bed, blinds, carpet, feature wall, switches wall lights tailored to height of headboard.
3. I have no bed, and it is very unlikely that I can get a replacement in time for Xmas
3. Very customer service do not care. They have advised as I will not accept the compensation that my complaint will be closed as it’s not resolved.
Appalling service, they do not care at all and are very dismissive and unhelpful. They do not care that because of multiple mistakes I do not have a bed.
Advised that during initial conversation I stood a chance of finding a bed but was assured it would be resolved.
Very angry
UPDATE.
Very have still not contacted me with a resolution I have now spent over two hours on the phone at my own cost trying to resolve this. I just keep getting fobbed off with empty promises that someone will ring me back. Still waiting!!!
