They got the flight I wanted instead of the one that was chosen for me. But, they didn't mention my husband's record which was on a separate PNR. I had to contact you to get his ticket changed to match mine. Aren't the records linked?

I got exactly the flights I wanted at a better rate.

I was trying to use a discount code provided by Dollar Flight club for 8% discount. Since I had already confd 3 tours, I was not able to amend the bookings, so I called. The agent said the code was expired and offered 5% off. DFC told me the code was NOT expired and to try again. I contacted your agents two more times and was still not able to use the 8% discount. DFC made some calls and again said it was a good code. I rebooked all four tours that I now had confirmed and the code was finally accepted. This process took a LOT of time to fix. Your agents didn't want to take the time to find out what the problem was.

Hasan Ray knew right away what I was looking for and didn't waste my time sending me itineraries that I wouldn't accept. He worked to get me the very best fare on an excellent itinerary. I am still a little wary because I have never used this company before and I paid a lot of money for these tickets and used up most of my travel points. Hope it all goes as planned.

Danielle was very knowledgeable and found my credit, sent the request to book and was very pleasant to work with. This is my third booking with TourRadar and I highly recommend them. They respond very quickly to all requests.

Barbara was right on top of finding the flights and beating the fares that I had found on other websites.
The only thing that would make it easier, is to have a platform for customers to actually search for their own flight options.
It would have saved Barbara time from giving me options that I didn't find very good. I found flights that I liked and she was able to get it for a better fare, so that made me very happy.

Ami was very helpful both time that I called. I needed to know the cost of covering my airfare and the second call was to extend my coverage by one day.

I have always been happy with the great service. There have been a few glitches here and there, but when calling the customer service, I have always been taken care of.
