So Iceland,, can you tell us why your not on the Clearpay app anymore? Is this a pause or for good?. i used Clearpay for online shopping twice a month but now not at all. I do not want to get Klarna its nothing much like Clearpay , they're very intrusive whereas Clearpay are not and they're so much more straight forward. Like Amazon you will lose many customers that used the clearpay app to shop with you. The gift card on Clearpay isnt much help as its instore only so ive gone to the Asda gift card instead to get my grocery deliveries , they let you order online and deliver. I hope you get Clearpay back and keep thousandds of customers you are losing. Please do not say its Clearpay as ive been in contact and its down to you to remove them as it is with Amazon .

I'd very much like to know if Amazon is going to again start using Clearpay as a payment method. I do not care to get an Amazon Barclay card as after 6 months i have to start paying interest like all credit cards. So Amazon your more or less charging interest on goods when using your credit card to buy on tick unlike Clearpay app which was there for those that do not have great credit scores or £££ sitting in their bank accounts. . There's thousands of Amazon customers out there that used the Clearpay app to buy goods from you . When is it coming back as a couple of e.mails from you posted on social media said you'l have Clearpay back in a few weeks, Is this true? If it's not returning il be returning to E.Bay who still do Clearpay and you will lose thousands of customers. As for Klarna theyre not as easy going as Clearpay so i wouldnt be expecting your previous Clearpay customers to change to Klarna i know i wouldnt , to complicated and nosey unlike Clearpay. An honest answer from you about Clearpay returning would be nice. Maybe your testing the water to see how many customers you loose without Clearpay and how many new customers for your card you'l get by stopping it . I do know though that Clearpay customers are very unlikely to get your amazon barcley card or Klarna. I really hope its returning as you said in text .Please do not say it's down to Clearpay as ive been in contact with them and it's down to you to remove them.

What a wonderful customer service Clearpay has. Reply from Clearpay after review on here said to go to my clearpay app and straight away i got the help i needed, no AI but an actual person . Immediate reply to my question . I have to say it again that Clearpay is theee most easiest company ive ever had to contact and to use.

Hello Clearpay, whats happened to the use of Amazon and Iceland home grocery shop on your ap? Ive never had any downs about Clearpay and ive bought a heap of goods using it but now my main two have gone ! Whats happened to them?? I dont want Klarna , it's to complicated to get an account there and Clearpay is much more straight forward to use. My buying will now go down as i cant leave the house and go instore for groceries so i relied on you and as for Amazon what better place to go for next day deliveries and bargains . So Clearpay,, what's happened? Its not my account as ive been with you since August 2023 and not once missed a payment. Ive spent hundreds using Clearpay and my 2 daughters also use my account so let down for the 3 of us, Why are you disappointing so many people as ive read the comments online of disappointed customers who do not wish to go to nosey Klarna ???

Why has Littlewoods stopped sending return forms in with orders!!! Now you have to write your own out on any scrao of paper you can find. Name , acc number, item number, reason for return catalogue item number size etc etc etc . Dont they think theyre giving many enough to do with return labels! Millions of people dont have a printer to do labels, millions dont live close to a drop of point or a Place to get labels printed ,millions dont even have a smart phone. Pull your socks up Littlewoods !! This is my last order, im knocking Littlewoods on the head. 0 out of 10 for helping customers.

Lousy service for repairs and replacements. Ive been paying care package for 5 years for a Logik tv, never had any problems but the remotes playing up taking me to the wrong tv stations. Requested a replacement remote 2nd of Oct -didnt show up. Called on the 15th and they had wrong address on my account -so they said. Promised another in 7 to 10 days - no remote. Rang today recieved another promise . DO NOT GET A CARE PACKAGE AS THEY DONT HONOUR THEM. After paying £3.60 a month for 5 years theyre to tight to send a new remote. I wonder what trading standards would say about it? , theyre my next stop if the remote does not turn up in 7-10 days . Like so many they take your money and your on your own. Im now using my old tv , the remote works on that .

Only my second time useing QVC UK tv shopping channel . I bought 2, beautiful giant glass rotating light up baubles ,green one for on the floor next to the fireplace and the gold one as a centre piece (i will add with some green or gold foilage around the base) for my large Xmas dinner table. They look great , arrived within a week and were extremely well packaged, Price was good to and as i got them on the easy payments it doesnt put a hole in my bank account. Very happy with QVC UK .

How nice to have such a helpful customer services and you can be put onto an agent if the AI cannot help , no long waiting time either. Last night i had purchased an e,gift card for my daughter using the equaly wonderful Clearpay and i missed part of her e,mail out so had no idea where it had been sent to . I thought id lost it for good so i bought another useing the correct e.mail. This morning i spoke online to Genno who is a great agent. He asked a few questions like order n.o etc . As id already sent my daughter a replacement he resent it from the wrong e,mail id used to my e,mail , Excellent!! Great agent is Genno as are 2 other other agents ive spokento in the past, Prezzee is great to deal with as is Clearpay, my Christmas is almost sewn up and paid for by buying Prezzee e.gift cards using Clearpay , what a team .

NO customer service at talktalk , absolute shambles of an internet company. Cant pay online anymore as ive always done ,AI on online chat tells me its work being done online for the 2nd week running B.S.,,, but f course its not. then itl connect you to our 'experienced someone or other', another AI and again the 2nd AI comes on the chat same answers and again with 3rd AI. how do i know theyre all AI ? , because they all give the same answers -3 AI's with the same identical lies, theyre unhelpful. Ive been on Resolve but no replies from this bad company. DO NOT USE TALKTALK. Plenty of other smaller internet providers that have actual people manning the phones and theyre cheaper, Shop around as im doing , find a good one , not the well knowns. It's like voting in the elections , all hot air and expensive, smaller companies worth giving a go and a few have no contract and weekly payments .My experiance is ongoing as no response from Talktalk but ive put todays date.

Excellent company which i cannot fault . Ive been with them over a year now . I do my buying online mainly using Clearpay and pay Clearpay online sometimes early but never late .I buy a lot from OnBuy market place who accept Clearpay and Amazon .If ive had a problem with an item not arriving OnBuy , Amazon etc and Clearpay have refunded me within the week. Ive done this through e.mails never the phone and they have always been supportive .Gift cards i use online and ive currently started buying one a week for Xmas. Sorry but ive no gripe with them so i must be very lucky going by all the negative reviews on here or the happy and satisfied Clearpay customers dont write a review and a few disgruntled customers do. Keep going Clearpay your a Godsend .

Terrible company, cannot talk to a human person, its all AI. I very very rarely use my mobile outside the home as im housebound yet all my roaming is just this month being used and im buying more . Ive been with ID mobile for some years but this month it keeps telling me my roamings used up , i can top it up . Ive been topping it up as i dont want my phone cut of. I looked up that its my phone or my network. Isnt my phone its on the same settings etc its always been on. My network is the same ive had for years with no problems an i eang them and they checked the line -the lines fine . My phone bill is capped. Ive come on here to let those that are considering changing to ID mobile not to. I just tried to log in and they kept saying my passwords wrong which i know it isnt then they blocked me for trying 2 times. The only way you can talk to an agent is when you log in , first you get AI who give you options as these companys all do. To get to talk to an actual person you have too lay it on thick or your fighting a losing battle . IF YOU GO WITH A NEW PHONE COMPANY WOULDNT YOU LIKE TO KNOW YOU CAN RING THEM AND SPEAK TO A HUMAN NOT AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT TELLS NOTHING YOU DONT ALREADY KNOW WHEN YOUR HAVING PHONE PROBLEMS ?? Awful online shop. Wanted to buy The Menu dvd but all i got were drop downs ,nothing was plain and simple . Put the title in for films and tv typed in the title then they wiped it out . Got it from Amazon in the end.
