An amazing business to learn from. Clearly very successful but I think that’s down to marketing because the actual experience whether on a web browser or app is appalling. But this doesn’t seem to matter, it kind of works and it’s so expensive you don’t want to leave.

Doesn’t come with a measuring scoop just the recommendation of a daily 8.5grams serving. If they include a measuring scoop it’s a viable product

Cheap but Smarty use the Three network! If only I’d known. Poor coverage in London and many areas but wherever you are streaming isn’t supported for more than ten mins at a time which is perhaps why they can offer competitive data packages.

Appallingly needlessly bad installation instructions mean if you purchase an esim expecting it to work within a few hours of arriving in your new destination you'll be disappointed and frustrated. It eventually worked after 7 hours but I needed internet on my phone when I landed so it was ja huge mistake.

I’ve used Crystal Travel several times and they have always been fantastic especially when I booked the wrong flights without realising it and they were able to rebook for me at very short notice. Highly recommend!

Apparently a school project run by precocious primary school children with learning disabilities if possible it is to be avoided.

I ordered a mattress that had won a 2020 award on 21st September and it arrived on 23rd September. The mattress was supposed to be a medium but it turned out to be very very soft. Upon investigation I had never received a confirmation email from MattressNextDay and without a confirmation email they do not offer to take back the mattress. They also require you to have all the original packaging. I have spoken to two customer service reps but only one of them forwarded my receipt. Both assured me that I could return the mattress but were a vague about the details and the email with the return information in it makes it appear that unless the mattress is unopened it cannot be returned.
