Don’t purchase from their website…

Purchased items through peacocks website on 23rd July. Still waiting for them to be delivered to the store. Unfortunately, peacocks use Evri as their chosen partner, Need I say more!!!!! I’ve tried several times to contact customer services waited 8 mins on the line still nobody answered. Peacocks I want MY money back 😡

Attended the course at Bromsgrove Hotel on 28th March. 2 trainers who were knowledgable about the information on speed and road sign information. The course was delivered very well and not as arduous as I expected. However the audience consisted of people who had been caught doing mostly 31/35 mph in a 30 mph area. I'm not sure that this is the audience that this course should be aimed at. Most of the people had probably been driving for 30 yrs and this is their 1st conviction. So they're not the dangerous people.
I also think it would be advantageous if there was police representation on the course to answer any legal questions that arise.
Also a full explanation as to how the money collected from these courses and fines goes to improving road safety, as most people still think these low level speeding convictions are purely a money making scheme.

Just returned from our Route 66 trip with Titan. A great adventure helped massively by the professionalism and efficiency of our tour guide Steve Pritchard. Nothing was too much trouble and he took care of everyone on the trip including some of the more interesting characters. Lots of additions to the trip were included and made the early starts and long days more amenable. We are also returning to Titan next year for the Rocky Mountaineer trip, hopefully someone of Steve's character and ability will make that trip as enjoyable

Great customer service. Always respond to questions whether by e-mail or telephone. I have found them most helpful, especially my dealings with Ricky. The goods are delivered punctualy and are ideal for the driveway & patio projects. Will definitely be using them again

Booked a Saturday lunch which was nice the main course is small but followed by a large dessert. We were severed a drink before dinner but was never asked again if we would like another one which was a shame.

The order of the meal could have been timed better, perhaps the starter being given 15 mins into journey {rather than 35 minutes we waited} and the main course when the train stops for about 15 mins at Ipstones with a drinks service, followed by the dessert on our way back. Unfortunately the main and dessert course was very rushed and some passengers were still eating when the train pulled into Froghall.

Need to put more staff on duty in tea room once train returns to Froghall long queues waiting to pay for drinks and those requiring sandwiches who hadn't had a lunch on the train.

All in all a relaxing journey along the railway, weather was good so views were excellent. Seats very comfortable. staff were lovely.We loved it.

We ordered goods from this site 2 weeks ago. We’ve received a letter from parcel force asking for another £20 for import duties & VAT as our items come from America which we hadn’t realised. We’ve tried to “chat” to them asking why we have to pay these costs, obviously no answer from them. Looks like we’re going to have to pay so we can have our goods. Be aware not all is what it seems. 🤬
