They have done it to me again, as soon as I make a substantial purchase, a few weeks later 20% off , Brought a load of Lap light switches, double sockets, cooker socket, and more over £200 spent, lost our again, so annoying.

Really annoyed now, this is the second box of Tesco teabags that keep splitting open, now this is no big deal, but what's the hell going on with them, I am sick and tiered of having to throw so many cups of tea away, in future I'll be buying only branded teabags from now on.

Never even heard of this company until…

Never even heard of this company until I had fraudulent transactions on my account totalling over £200 , and then had 3 more transactions crediting my account with £146.80 , still leaving me with over £50 odd in debt,I never even play games, so has far as I'm concerned this is a scam company trying to steal money.

It's now been 28 days since we returned…

It's now been 28 days since we returned from our holiday and should have received a refund for our reserved seats and extra legroom that was cancelled on our return flight.
So where the hell is it, TUi ,it's a disgrace that it hasn't been returned to it's customers.

We’ve had to do a bit of re-arranging within our fleet, your flight will now operate on a different TUI plane.

The change to your flight may mean we can’t provide you with your Extra Legroom or Extra Space seats. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and have arranged a refund for your upgraded seats. This will be refunded within 28 days of your return back to the UK. If you've booked through a TUI Store or your local travel agent, this will be refunded to them to pass onto you.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and want to thank you for bearing with us.

Had a great flight out to Lanzarote

Had a great flight out to Lanzarote, but they gave us a smaller plane for the return journey saying it was down to operations, ok fair enough, because we pre booked our seats with extra legroom, this was cancelled because of the smaller plane, so I had an email saying we will refund your account within 28 days, so far 22 days later still no refund,It's funny how you are quick enough to take the money, but very slow to refund it

Brought 3 Ceiling fans from Ali express…

Brought 3 Ceiling fans from Ali express which arrived damaged, due to the weight and size this company couldn't provide the return postage, so I had to pay up front and was informed the money would be returned to me once they have the goods back, when they received them back they refunded the amount the goods cost, but try getting the money back for the postage, they keep saying we need a receipt, I've sent them the information that royal mail gave me , but still no refund, so it's cost me £11.10 to return damaged goods, what a joke. Order number 3059172588004061
And tracking number which was HI000406479GB did match there return, but they still refused my refund, I sent them proof and still no use, I've used this company several times in the past, can't see me doing so in the future.
Update
Ali express has now refunded me the postage.....so this is reflected in my star rating....Thank you

The two guys who delivered our sofas were absolutely brilliant, came in , assembled or sofa's, tested it to make sure it worked, and cleared all the packaging and took it away, I have to say in all the years we have had deliveries this was by far the best we have ever experienced, these two guys are a credit to your company,
And by the way the sofa's are beautiful too.

My son had arranged a breakfast at our…

My son had arranged a breakfast at our local beefeater (Longbridge, Birmingham)for father's day at 10.45.
After a successful booking, he was told later that they had to cancel his booking because they would have to take the food away because there wasn't going to be much left, well what a joke, why take the booking in the first then.
So in the future me and my family will not be attending this poor run establishment.

A complete joke, took a £500 deposit off us done one search, then our house fell through so we decided not to go ahead at that time and cancelled this solicitor..... BILL £500 exactly what a coincidence.
No wonder they are rich, as far as I'm concerned they are just legal thieves.
The latest solicitor we have just took £100 deposit and done twice the work, so here's a warning STAY AWAY from David Bunn

I have to first say,this refers to the (Evesham branch), what a disgrace, tried to contact them about a property via Rightmove, no response, then contacted them on there website about a viewing, again no response, the irony of this is we sold our property via the kings Norton branch which was very professional.
So Evesham branch... Wake up and start treating your potential customers with some more respect.

Customer care, what a joke

I decided to go with British gas from E.on on December 28, but had a change of mind and returned to E.on on the January 6 well within the 14 days cooling off period.
I finally got my final bill from British gas for the period from 28 December to the 13 January with 2 exit fees attached, I have emailed and chatted with them on several occasions saying the exit fees should not have been attached to my bill, I have emails from them confirming this, but they just keep repeating themselves saying we have sorted your complaint out and hope this is resolved, but they still have not revived the exit fees, I am pulling my hair out with this company, I have an email from a Sanjit, a frank.a Dhanbahadur all from there so called Customer Care Team, I will be taking this to the highest level, it's been a disgrace the way I have been treated.

We was on our journey back home

We was on our journey back from Cornwall and decided to stay at this wetherspoons ( The White Hart Hotel) on route and stop for breakfast, when we arrived we were in for a shock.
Wetherspoons should be ashamed of themselves, because when we arrived on Monday 16th September we found just one girl attending the breakfast, trying to serve drinks, hand out breakfast, trying to clean up, doing her best to attend to the customers, it was a disgrace, she shouldn't have been left on her own to do all this, we felt so sorry for her,
as for the breakfast, it was horrible cold beans cold eggs, cold everything, me and my wife wasted £15 on a breakfast not fit for a dog, we have had many a wetherspoons breakfast in our home town which have been excellent, but in this case it was a disgrace all round

Me and my wife went to our local DFS…

Me and my wife went to our local DFS store in Droitwich 2 weeks ago, we ordered two,two seaters, we were in the process off moving to a lodge, so we wanted it to be delivered to our new home, ok so far so good, then the disaster happens, our house falls through and in turn we lose the lodge.
So as it was only two weeks ago in buying the settees we thought it shouldn't be a problem cancelling, how wrong was we, the manager at the store informed us that it was already on its way in the container ship and we can no longer cancel, what a lot of old rubbish, the order takes 12 weeks to arrive,so that's 10 weeks to arrive in our country, and we were told this is a very popular settee, so why couldn't they just resell the items when they arrived, I'll tell you why they can't be bothered with the paperwork and the loss of a sale.
So when we purchased these settees it was done for the purpose of this particular lodge,so when we finally get round to moving, the probability is we might have to sell these settees.
Me and my wife have lost over. £2000 because of this house Sale, and now DFS just want to put the boot in and make us suffer some more..
Thanks again DFS, we will never buy from them again.
