Dom @ Just Paddles is a great provider of training for the BCAB Paddlesports SUP Instructor Level 1 qualification.
I’ve been SUP racing short and long distances and wanted to complete a qual for Instructing.
I really enjoyed his supportive inspiring style - a mix of explorative learning and guided tasks. The homework element was fun and manageable that evening. He a role model for professionalism and exemplar.
I completed the 2 day qualification. I left with all my question’s answered alongside some suggestions for future progression via e-learning and suitable higher level qualifications to suit my aspirations in leadership/coaching.
Thank you for a rewarding experience, the effort and time you put into the delivery.
I’d love to do some guided tours with them may be something in Wales that’ll be fun.

Another "0" - "Zilch", "Useless" rating for Moyra.
Disregard anything it says about easy subscription cancellation via the subscription on App store or Googe Play. I've just seen a payment being requested/taken from my bank account despite cancelling. Further Gooling, you have to go to Zolto (using the same email add you used for Moyra) and 1) remove your card details, 2) cancel the subscription

Popped into Saltrock, Croyde.
Great customer service from a member of staff (tall female with brown hair). She nailed it for customers service sharing info with me on sizing in the female range and offering suggestion for a similar style sherpa fleece jacket. As I’m 5’10, athletic and curvy sizing can be hit and miss.
I enjoyed shopping in the store - clean, tidy, well stocked with a wide range of functional and quality clothing to layer up for summer to winter.

Disappointed with Sports Direct's customer service resolution. Received the wrong item and was only refunded for the product cost, not the £4.99 shipping fee. This seems unfair, especially for a single-item order. Refusing to cover shipping costs for their own error is unacceptable.
I'll be shopping with competitors like Sports Pursuits, Sports Shoes, and others in the future.
****** updated 16 Jan***** Sports direct responded to me off the back of this post and have investigated the situation. I’ve received a refund for the shipping and an apology. But no reason why it had to come to this.

Like others I'd give them '0'. The experience is concerning and I've thought several times am I being scammed. Call agents appear to be reading from scripts or live AI generated scripts, plus live chats are abruptly ended multiple times (I have screen shots of the various attempts to have a conversation).
There is no one to help and be warned you'll be passed around in a circle to various departments and no one has an answer even at the Chief Executive Customer Relations team level.
Worrying to say the least.
Overall it’s disappointing and I will be taking this further via the relevant body ie Financial or Insurance ombudsman and seeking guidance from Citizen Advice.
It's by no way worth the hassle.
AVOID THIS INSURER until they have resolved the customer service experience.
Esure created a negative experience. It is taking months to try to resolve an issue whereby Esure cancelled my policy, charged me for the remaining balance for non-payment. I’ve provided bank statements to evidence the payment has been made to customer service. I’ve asked and raised a complaint. Now I’m chasing as the Esure team won’t respond.
The customer complaints team haven’t spoken to me and have since closed my complaint. Notes on the file say they have spoken with me when in fact they have not been in touch and I’m chasing them.
I’m going around in circles here!
All I want is an explanation and itemised breakdown of what the outstanding amount is and a response to where my May payment is as I've not received this.

Had a great white water SUP crash course introduction and training session in Wales with Tom. He’s an excellent leader, communicator, adaptable and inspiring in session. He’s knowledgeable and able to manage a group of varying confidence and abilities and if you’re up for the challenge he’ll work at your speed and skill to get you leveled up!
I’d recommend him and would love to return for more sessions when in the South. Worth every penny!

Really great customer service in Jollyes stores, wide range of products & prices are reasonable for full price items. Stores always clean and spacious. I look for their stores and wait to buy items when I’m passing nearby one. I’ve even visited stores in Scotland 🏴 on the Northern most coast when I needed a back up harness for my pooch.

10+ scents purchased for my office diffuser. Initially purchased one from a well known retailer to trial before purchasing more. Really happy so I’ve order a range including Creativity, Refresh & Focus, Relax & Unwind and The Three Kings (for the festive period).

I received great customer service, a high quality repair at an unbeatable.
Having scrapped more than one panel on a low wall along the curvature of the coupe door, I was concerned the cost and time to get this fixed would be extensive. It was completed in a day and within a reasonable expense...I just wish they did alloys so that I could have had the full treatment done with them.
You wouldn’t know it was there!! Perfect work bringing it back to standard.
Chris & team@ Chips Away are now in my black book and my go to. I recommend Chips team when people are looking for repairs. Unbeatable price and quality of work in a sensible time frame. I’ve used them two times now.

Review of Pak Cosmetic Centre
Wide selection of items. I restock 3 times a year on several products. One in particular is no longer in stock or a reasonable price on Amazon. E.g Pak Cos @£5.99 Amazon @£38.99!!! I tend to purchase several other products to try. Impressed by the email communications and the new website is slick and has a few items in the vegan section (work in progress).
Their prices are very good value for money. Shipping was on time and well packaged.
Wide selection of items and good value for a beauty shop catering for all ethnicity.
(I'm surprised others have given negative feedback...it happens that things are out of stock especially when they carry a wide range of popular products for an under represented market in the UK. Just a thought.).

Quick, easy and a good service for customer. Please note I am yet to claim.
This is the second year of my policy and there was a 40% approx increase to the policy. The renewal price had increased across the market and this was still the most competitive meeting my requirements. Unfortunately they do not cover accidental loss of items.
They handled a historical case on the property within a phone call. In fact turns out the case is catergorised as 'historical' and they were able to put this in writing to me. I looked into NFU and they handle historical cases differently, which would have cost a further £3K for another assessment to have a recent certificate. (They want one every renewal - yikes!!!).
Overall happy as I recalculated my policy online via confused.com but ultimately went with their renewal. I took this out amid the UK floods and there was no wait time by telephone.
Good price and customer service by phone when I called to query the price rise.
