Delivery came in 2 parts, both containing a bag of cat litter. Both bagels were damaged with cat litter spilling everywhere. It is all over our drive and left a complete mess in the house. The stupid Bot thing doesn't work. 'Live Chat', I think that they must be dead, or communicating from beyond the grave. Sadly, I don't know any spirit mediums. Email goes unanswered. Telephone recorded message says use :Live Chat'. Full circle of no help and spilled cat litter not resolved. To think the former CE was paid £0.5M to preside over such a mess. I feel sorry for the staff at the sharp end, I hope that they are treated better than customers, but I doubt it.

Excellent help from Cat, the sales assistant who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure. Right phone at the right price. Experience was tainted by stone age WiFi speed that took ages to transfer information from the old phone to the new. Tesco lost 2 customers who couldn't wait any longer whilst I was being served/transferred and I couldn't go shopping in the store. All round, Tesco shot itself in the foot. It must be very frustrating for the staff having to labour under such conditions. Presumably, this problem exists in all stores and not just ST Helens.

A very nice, traditional shop where customer service is paramount. We spoke to Graham Bedworth on the Saturday who gave us plenty of information about the sofas/chairs that we were interested in. We visited the next day to assess. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely no pressure at all. We went off to the very nice cafe around the corner, had a discussion and made our decision. Simple process administered by a very pleasant chap.

It was one of the first companies to tackle the ethical down issue and its wider commitment to fair trade is also very encouraging in today's throwaway society. No problem with delivery or enquiries. 10 out of 10 all round.

Second time in 2 weeks that it didn't deliver the product from Dyson. First time, they said that they didn't have, despite it being 'in transit'. Monday 17th July PF says' 'out for delivery'. Never arrived. Emailed them, but (still) no response. Yesterday, 18th July message from PF 'out for delivery' again. Rang them to ensure that it was and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer. I asked why it hadn't been delivered the previous day. Response - 'operational reasons'. What on earth does that mean!!! I have asked to speak to a manager, but, and unsurprisingly, no one has contacted me.
The Post Office, when publicly owned, was a bit old fashioned and clunky, but it worked. Since privatisation this company ranks alongside Thames Water. PF management should hang their heads in shame. I feel sorry for the staff if they are treated as badly as customers.

A couple of weeks ago I left a review about this issue - a non-delivery of a V8. Eventually, a got a bog standard response of ' we are sorry ... and will contact you privately'. Never happened. After numerous calls and emails to customer services I spoke to Simu who, thank goodness, arranged a replacement order and said that it would be delivered on Monday17th. Got an email on Monday from ParcelForce to say that it was out for delivery. Never arrived. Separate review for them. Came yesterday. Thanks Simu, 5 stars to you. It has taken me 3 weeks to get this and it is to no thanks to Dyson that I have. In the pursuit of greed, companies 'off-shore' customer services at great cost to the customer. No doubt, the pay and conditions of these folk are atrocious which isn't much incentive for delivering great customer care. Dyson, DO NOT SEND ME A GLAD THAT YOU HAVE GOT YOUR MACHINE' response. Please telephone me with an apology for the original mess.

Ordered refurbished V8 from Dyson Outlet on Ebay. Delivery scheduled for 23rd June. Still nothing. Have contacted Dyson Customer Services goodness knows how many times and always get a different answer. A complete waste of time. Have emailed Dyson chief executive. You try it too. Perhaps if more people do so maybe he will act. Email roland.krueger. you can find his email quite easily on Chief Executives email address site.

Approaching 36 hours since this response but absolutely nothing else.
Contacted with Parcelforce yesterday who say that they do not have the parcel and to contact Dyson. A very unvirtuous circle.
14th July. More hope of Ukraine war ending than getting the order. STILL NO CONTACT FROM DYSON.

Utter rubbish. Doesn't say anything of substance. If surgeons operated to Evri's standard the cemetery would be overflowing.
